"The hotel is right in the park. After booking the hotel on Ctrip, you will receive a call from the front desk to send us tickets for the scenic spot. If you drive yourself, you can only park in the parking lot, but you can contact the hotel at the entrance of the scenic spot and there will be a shuttle bus to pick you up. It is a very thoughtful service. The room faces the river bank, which is very convenient for watching the tide. It's a pity that the tide is not big enough in this season. The room is bright, clean and comfortable, and the area is large. The twin beds are all 1.5 big beds. The bathroom and shower are separated independently. What is more pleasant is that it is also equipped with a smart toilet. Cleanliness: Very clean, a safe stay.
Environment: Located in the North Gate Market, overlooking the ancient waterside street.
Service: From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage, every receptionist was warm and attentive. The welcome fruit we received upon check-in was fresh, not something that had been sitting in the room for ages, which was a nice touch.
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the slower pace of the hotel and would definitely go back.

After receiving the promise, the room was not cleaned when I picked up the room card at 3:10; the second promise was that the room would be delivered at 3:30, but I didn’t get the room card until 4:00.
- On the surface, it seems that there is a shortage of staff during holidays, but in fact it exposes the poor preliminary preparation (such as guest situation prediction, cleaning plan) and cross-departmental collaboration.
- During major holidays. Special room types such as parent-child rooms should be cleaned first, because there is no room for upgrading,
The room release process of the guest room system is slow (more than 10 minutes), and the manpower allocation and process connection are inefficient;
Suggestions for you. Call special room types one day before the holiday to confirm the approximate arrival time, give priority to room arranging, give the room number to the housekeeping department, and give priority to cleaning. The housekeeping department will make priority arrangements according to the instructions of the front desk.
Train employees in basic room cleaning skills, and provide flexible support during major holidays, which will be coordinated and dispatched by the housekeeping department.
This hotel has no lobby, but plans a ”temporary rest area” to provide sofas, tea, coffee, snacks, and fruits to relieve guests' anxiety while waiting. Very bad accommodation experience. The front desk staff seemed to have not been trained. [wipes sweat] The room is not as big as in the photo, and it is estimated to be at most 25 square meters. There is currently no small refrigerator in the room. If you need a good experience when traveling, Xuandemen and Zhuchang Hotel are the best.

房間很普通，沒啥特色，一張大床放得房間很侷促了，尤其不要像我選陽台房，民宿在主街，陽台就是對着主街，完全無隔音可言，樓下簡直連一衹螞蟻的呼吸都能聽見
早餐在對面民宿，半自助，還OK，但8點半後去等麪要半天，我都逛兩圈了，小夥伴的麪還沒好，直接放棄了
作為一個去過某鎮十次以上的忠粉，這個同一公司打造的新鎮短期無可超越，民宿比某鎮差不少

LLuobobaobei管家服務很好，有提前加微信告知注意事項，並且有問必答，回覆也很及時。客棧在景區內，景區的管理很不人性化，40度高温天氣，朋友一家明確表示僅在我們預訂的客棧稍作休息，並且補了一大一小兩份票的情況下，也沒有給予人性化的照顧，導致另外兩個大人選擇在景區外咖啡館等候。理解工作人員按照規定辦事，但是希望能更人性化一些。另外住店客户去觀潮公園衹有一次門票，並不是入住期間可以無限次出入。景區的沉浸式劇本活動過於繁瑣和細碎，最終的獎品也不夠吸引人，沒有考慮到多數是親子家庭參與，其實一張獎狀都好過一瓶188ML的醬油，尤其四年級小朋友從2點開始參與任務直到6點才完成的情況下。希望能改進，重在參與。

The smell is a bit strong, so don't stay here with children. If you have rhinitis, choose carefully. The room is large and clean, the bathroom is also good, the facilities are new and easy to use. I don’t know if I used a vacuum cleaner, but there has been noise since I checked in at 2 a.m. It’s really annoying.

The price of the scenic spot is really cheap! Two yuan for popsicles. Nongfu Spring is only three yuan. Xianning is only 12 yuan. There is no premium for prices.
