AAichishutiaodemalingshuLocation: Just a 3-5 minute walk from the scenic area entrance and the Tide Wall.
Since Shuiyin Inn and Dengying Inn are part of the Shuishi Hotel chain, check-in and check-out must be done at the front desk of the adjacent Shuishi Hotel.
Price: Although located outside the scenic area entrance, it is also part of the scenic area chain. The room rate includes three tickets and unlimited shuttle bus rides, making it a very reasonable price.
Breakfast: Also served on the first floor of the Shuishi Hotel. Register your room (please specify which inn you are staying in), and meals are delivered according to the number of guests and in the order they are staying. The food is quite good, and the portions are quite generous (see Figure 5).
Facilities/Environment: As this is a newly built hotel-style inn, the facilities are comprehensive and the cleanliness is excellent.
The rooms in the official photos are identical to the actual rooms, and they even appear larger.
Being located outside the scenic area makes it very quiet at night, with only guests from three other hotels frequenting the area. The bedding and sleeping environment are also very good.
Areas for improvement (the kind where the flaws don't outweigh the advantages):
❶ The Shuiyin Family Room we stayed in didn't have a small refrigerator. I wonder if other rooms have them. A small refrigerator is quite necessary, especially during the summer, when there's an increasing demand for family rooms to store children's food or adults to keep cold drinks/food.
❷ The entrance to Shuiyin Inn is tucked away in a corner, and we initially thought we'd taken the wrong side door.
Instead of requiring time-consuming and laborious manual guidance (especially during peak holiday season), consider placing signage with images or text indicating important information like how to check in at the Shuishi Hotel to avoid confusion.
❸ The small door at Shuiyin Inn is accessible freely. A short walk away is the side gate for the neighboring residential complex, and we saw residents using electronic access cards to enter and exit directly.
Although the main gate is locked at night and is generally quite safe, it would be even more reassuring if Shuiyin Inn could install an electronic door (using room or work card). After all, as the scenic area becomes increasingly popular, this could be a safety concern.
In general, all the hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their main feature is ”lively eyes”, and the overall experience is still very good.

Kkimmaaya琵琶客棧在潮樂之城景區裏，入住的時候在大門口的服務中心辦理，但是工作人員詢問我們能否換去其他酒店住，雖然最後我們還是選擇併成功入住了琵琶客棧，但是我們覺得這種詢問是不應該出現的，我們出發前就已經訂好了住宿，如果景區裏哪個客棧無法接待就不應該上架，而不是在客人已經選擇了的情況下剛一到景區就被請求更換住宿，大老遠的舟車勞頓，剛到就被問這種莫名其妙的問題有點影響心情，這點希望景區整改。整體的住宿體驗是很不錯的，無論是整體的裝潢還是房間的衞生都很好，管家和前台都很熱情服務也很周到，挽回了在服務中心的不愉快。

EE3303****The hotel is very easy to find near the city wall, one side is the main street and the other is along the river, which perfectly interprets the small bridge and flowing water. The waiters and butlers are very enthusiastic and will say hello every time they pass by. There is also a lawn phonograph restaurant next to it, singing while eating.

LLuobobaobei管家服務很好，有提前加微信告知注意事項，並且有問必答，回覆也很及時。客棧在景區內，景區的管理很不人性化，40度高温天氣，朋友一家明確表示僅在我們預訂的客棧稍作休息，並且補了一大一小兩份票的情況下，也沒有給予人性化的照顧，導致另外兩個大人選擇在景區外咖啡館等候。理解工作人員按照規定辦事，但是希望能更人性化一些。另外住店客户去觀潮公園衹有一次門票，並不是入住期間可以無限次出入。景區的沉浸式劇本活動過於繁瑣和細碎，最終的獎品也不夠吸引人，沒有考慮到多數是親子家庭參與，其實一張獎狀都好過一瓶188ML的醬油，尤其四年級小朋友從2點開始參與任務直到6點才完成的情況下。希望能改進，重在參與。

環境：在景區內，晚上睡覺很安靜，都是滿房的，隔音也挺好，早點是我喜歡的風格，中式的，燒賣什麼挺好吃的！
設施：齊全，基本需要的都有，很好
衞生：收拾的蠻乾淨的！進門沒有異味，有些酒店進去有味道，但是他們沒有！就挺乾淨舒適的！
服務：那個客服很好的一個小姑娘，有問必答，而且有耐心！我女兒説她聲音也很輕柔，是她遇到最好的客服了！😆

We finished breakfast and gave the child a box of yogurt and a piece of pastry. We told the door that we could not pack the food away from the restaurant. Package? A box of yogurt and a piece of pastry is just! Can't children eat while walking? It was the first time I stayed at the hotel to inform yogurt and pastries that I could not bring out of the restaurant! During the eleventh period, the price was inflated and outrageous, and I spent so much money to stay in the hotel. Who still cares about your yogurt and pastries! It's like an uncle and aunt are greedy for your little cheapness and are blocked at the exit! Funny! It is recommended to replace the breakfast service staff! Don't break the Kaiyuan brand!
