"Xiao Guo at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly. We arrived early, and she immediately helped us check in quickly. She even upgraded both our families to a suite, which was fantastic – service gets a perfect score! The suite was very spacious, and the two-meter bed was perfect for two adults and a child. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the toiletries were from Atelier Cologne, plus the toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were all good quality. Despite being on a busy street, it was very quiet. The underground parking garage has Tesla charging stations, and remember to scan a QR code at the front desk for free parking when you leave. Breakfast is on the first floor, and the selection was quite extensive, definitely not as bad as some reviews suggested, and the taste was good too. Overall, we felt it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Intime Department Store and not far from Haining Museum and Ganhe Street."

"We had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding — the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was luxurious, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary teas and neatly arranged toiletries. The food was another highlight of our stay — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We still think about the pastries! "Our second stop for Chinese New Year was Yanguan, and choosing the Xuandemen Hotel was a brilliant decision! The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the scenic area. The complimentary shuttle bus is available on demand, making it incredibly convenient to get around the scenic area and travel to and from the tide-watching spot. It saved us a lot of walking and made our travel experience perfect. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and delicious, with so many selections to satisfy different tastes. It was a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring. The overall ambiance was elegant and comfortable, making for a fantastic stay. There were so many activities planned for the New Year that we couldn't even get to all of them – we just went with the flow. The resort atmosphere was amazing, and the most unique part was the firsthand tide-watching experience, which was both stunning and unforgettable. The hotel even thoughtfully reminded us of the tidal bore times, which really enhanced the experience."

"It's been a long time since I wanted to comment on a trip. First of all, the hotel hardware is very good. The room is very spacious, with two beds and a chaise longue with armrests. Three generations of people, one old, one big and one small, stayed there. It was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were very new and good. The room with a balcony could see the river view and sunrise. Although there was no sign, the check-in experience was good and the staff was well-trained. Thank you very much for the service in the past two days. Recommended! I stayed at the Pacific Hotel and went to Hangzhou during the day. I suggest that everyone go to Hangzhou to park their cars in the Huanglong Sports Parking Lot, which is capped at 30 yuan. It is very convenient to take children and the elderly to the Science and Technology Museum, the Natural History Museum and the West Lake. The hotel exterior and the West Lake scenery are shown later."

"Overall, the hotel is excellent, with everything from the scenery to the amenities. It's large, with direct access to the city's scenic spots for NPCs. The hotel and the city are connected. The lobby upon check-in exudes grandeur, and the complimentary tea bar is a thoughtful touch. The infinity pool is perfect for enjoying the night view and is truly charming. Part of the pool's bottom offers a view of the scenery below. The antique-style exterior paired with modern musical elements creates a perfect balance of modern and ancient cultural charm. The House of Music Museum is a favorite with children; even if they're tone-deaf, it doesn't hinder their musical learning. We dined at both the Chinese restaurant on the second floor and the buffet on the fifth floor; the Chinese dishes were a bit salty. The staff were very attentive and remained organized even during the bustling National Day holiday, which is commendable. As for other minor drawbacks, some of which are serious: The hotel is a bit far from the best tide-viewing spots. In other words, while the views are beautiful, it's not ideal for tide-watching. A shuttle bus is required for every trip, but it has a limited capacity, so there's a wait. As an aside, I tried to order takeout but was told it could only be delivered to the Visitor Service Center. I had to take a shuttle to the service center to pick it up. I checked within a 5-kilometer radius and found very few deliveries. It usually took about an hour to get to the service center, which was quite a long time. The air circulation system inside the House of Music Museum isn't working properly, so there's a strange odor. I'll try it again when it's fully developed."

"The environment here is super comfortable and convenient. It’s just a short walk to the Qiantang River Tidal Bore Park. I booked a river-view room, and you can watch the tidal bore right from your room, which offers fantastic views! The cleanliness was top-notch, very tidy and spotless! The lobby manager, customer service, and staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive! I also loved that there's a pool where you can swim. However, the ventilation was completely silent, and I was told it’s a silent exhaust system. Also, there were a lot of bugs flying around in the restaurant, which they attributed to the season."

"Yesterday, I opened a blind box in the hotel. I came to Yanguan to see the tide. I stayed at the old city hotel in the scenic spot. I felt great. The room was next to the arch gate. There was a small back door in the room. I pushed the door out. There was an exclusive barge in my own room. I slept with the sound of the oars at night. It felt great. Hotel service is also in place, call early to add WeChat guidance, butler service is in place, the waiter brother and sister will teach us how to play, very intimate, for the new arrivals, this humanistic guidance is quite intimate and warm. The hotel is strategically located, very quiet, but out of the alley, a few steps to the old street, this is a noisy compared to the old street hotel, compared to the lead singer and Xuandemen need to rely on the battery car ferry and a unique advantage. Hotel luggage 🧳 is arranged properly, which is also a very important point for us to avoid the fatigue of boats and cars. Of course, I looked at the evaluation before. Some people didn't like the way of breakfast. I felt that I liked it very much. Wake up Cantonese tea restaurant is very good. We stayed for several days and it was full every day. The hotel pre-stored the cost of three people for us, and it was free in the morning. This way is very good. It meets our own favorites. It is exquisite and full. It is not wasteful. The deposit of three people is enough."
