MM452509****The front desk of the hotel is very good, the room is clean and clean, the breakfast is comfortable, and the variety is good. There are washing machines and gyms. I will choose here next time.
The staff at the pick-up and drop-off were very enthusiastic, and they picked up and dropped off several times. There was no complaint and the service attitude was very good.
Although the location is a bit biased, it is clean, tidy and quiet. The hotel can order food. It is very convenient. Come back next time.

GGuest UserThis is the recent stay experience TOP1! The seemingly simple decoration is hidden ingenuity, the scene lighting at the bedside is switched with one click, the electric curtains are full of shading effect, and it is too happy to sleep in the morning. The staff was gentle and measured throughout, not excessively disturbed but on call, the room was clean to even the corners were not dusty, and the bedding did not smell a little. The key is that the service is not lost to the big-name hotel at all, the details are directly full, and it has been included in my list of resident hotels!

MM431925****I have stayed for the third time, and the overall feeling is good. After the first two stays, after the comments, the hotel replied that the next stay was free to upgrade the room, so I gave feedback to the front desk when I checked in. The front desk was refreshing and said that it was upgraded to a deluxe bed room, but after entering the room, I found that the room is the same as the big bed room 😂.
Then there is the restaurant, no dinner is provided, the front desk before check-in is to reply that dinner can be ordered, the result is 6:30 to the restaurant, the floor is dark, hey

GGuest UserI believe the hotel has changed its name but I can't remember what's it currently called as I only had a brief time there, checked in late and checked out early the next morning.
Even though my time was brief, the service at the hotel was great. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive away from the airport and they offer pickup and dropoff service to and from the airport (and the railway station). However, I don't think there's any shops or restaurants nearby in walking distance.
The room was great with plenty of electrical outlets. All in all, I wish I had more time at the hotel.

MM32276****Room service is even more meticulous. Every day, meticulous cleaning, so that the room is always clean and warm. When I missed breakfast time because of my busy work, the staff prepared a packed meal for me, this meticulous care, like the warm sun in winter, warm my heart.

MM416923****[Location] Very close to Lanzhou New District High-Speed Railway Station and Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport, making travel convenient.
[Facilities] The decor is simple and upscale, with luxurious bathroom fixtures. A Baidu search revealed all the amenities of a seven-star hotel. The bedding was also very comfortable, with a perfect balance of firmness and softness.
[Cleanliness] White bedding, clean and fresh throughout.
[Service] Friendly and responsive. Because the standard rooms were full, the hotel manager immediately upgraded our two rooms to deluxe suites free of charge. It was truly exceptional.
