Wow - wonderful. This is actually a Movenpick hotel which I wasn’t aware of when I booked it. When my didi took me here I wasn’t sure if it was the right place as it seemed such an expensive looking hotel for what I paid. Everything about the hotel is luxurious down to the pillows and towels. Location is near the centre of town with a nearby BBQ outdoor place and KFC if that’s your thing. Breakfast has a good choice of mainly Chinese offerings with cereal and toast but not butter on offer too. Staff had limited English but were friendly and helpful even adding my WeChat and offering to assist if needed.

The hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding travel and dining are very convenient, quiet in the middle of noisy, not noisy at all. 1. The hotel advertised itself as having a ”garden,” but apart from a small bouquet in the lobby, there were no flowers around. I was disappointed to have imagined a small garden. 2. The soundproofing was terrible. Even at night, I could clearly hear people upstairs walking in slippers and talking. Not recommended for those who prefer quiet environments. 3. The bedding and towels were uncomfortable. The room floor had visibly dirty stains, and it felt sticky when I walked barefoot. I booked it for 194 yuan, which was far below my expectations. 4. There weren't many restaurants nearby. It's about 2 kilometers from the attractions, and there's public transportation, but for this price, I'd suggest staying closer to the attractions for convenience. 5. The only redeeming qualities were the decent breakfast and the nice shower.

This hotel is convenient for shopping and the breakfast is also rich and fresh. The front desk staff is also very patient and explained the travel route to me in detail, avoiding pitfalls and not stepping on thunder. It is highly recommended.
