The room facilities are new, the air conditioning is quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. It was a very comfortable stay!"

"Upon check-in, we were immediately offered a welcome gift, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage. The room was meticulously clean, spotless even in the corners. The carnation-themed bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the memory foam pillows provided excellent neck support. I woke up feeling completely refreshed. Absolutely fantastic value for money!"

"The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience."

"Although it is an old hotel, the decoration is very new, the parking lot is large, and parking is very convenient. You can choose the restaurant downstairs for dinner, the price is affordable and the taste is good, and it is definitely not pre-made dishes (you need to wait for the normal time to cook after placing the order). The breakfast is also quite rich and there are many choices. In the evening, I also sent a nightingale warm heart porridge, and sent water and small gifts before leaving the store. The service is very good, the staff are very polite, highly recommended, next time I live Ganzhou I will definitely not miss it."

"I stayed for a few days and overall, I felt very reassured. The front desk staff were reliable; they were very attentive during check-in and service, and processed both check-in and check-out efficiently. They also patiently answered my questions about directions. The hotel's classic decor isn't flashy but is quite tasteful and enduring, giving a sense of stability and elegance. I really appreciated the self-service laundry and EV charging stations, which were very convenient for someone traveling by car, saving me the hassle of finding external laundry services. Even after a few days, I didn't get tired of the place. The overall service attitude of the staff was excellent; they proactively greeted me, and responded quickly to any requests. Overall, I had a very satisfying and worry-free stay with no major complaints. I felt completely at ease."

"This was truly a very pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities are all new, with a modern design, and are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and tidy throughout. The service was incredibly responsive; whether it was a front desk request or room service, replies and resolutions were always very prompt. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was delicious and more than sufficient for our needs. I especially want to commend the soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, I couldn't find any faults with this accommodation; it offered excellent value for money, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I visit this city."

"I came to Ganzhou with a specific purpose this time: to show my father the barracks where he once served. My hotel requirements weren't complicated; I just wanted a comfortable stay. Let me start with the positives. As an InterContinental hotel, the environment and facilities are excellent. Although the nearby Qili Ancient Town was quite empty, the landscaping was exceptionally well done, making for a very pleasant view on a nice day. The hotel room was also very clean. A special shout-out to the thick toilet paper – some hotels look great but miss these small details. The room service was also very responsive, so kudos for that. Now for the downsides. I couldn't log into the hotel Wi-Fi with my name and room number; I had to use a code, but there was no clear indication of this. I only found out after calling the front desk. After check-in, no one offered to help with my luggage (though some people did get help). I'm not sure if that's standard. The hotel is very large, and finding my room was a bit tricky. The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and I mean really bad! During the holiday season, there were a lot of children, and it was incredibly noisy, severely affecting my sleep. Additionally, the 88 RMB breakfast was very disappointing and completely not recommended. Overall, the hotel's service gave me the impression that they want to do a good job but just haven't found the right way."

"The stay experience was particularly satisfactory. The hotel was strategically located and it was very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. The room was cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was very good, and the night was very quiet. The front desk staff is warm and polite, the check-in efficiency is very high, and the questions will be answered patiently. The supporting facilities are intact and complete, and the price is super high. It is suitable for travel or short-term business trips. I will choose this one next time."

The rooms are on the smaller side and a bit stuffy, the location makes up for it. Breakfast options were another great gem. Overall the vibe is 6/10."

"Far exceeded my expectations! The room was great, and the front desk service, from check-in to check-out, was excellent and very thoughtful. They even reminded me about meal times when I checked in and asked about parking at check-out. The room itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel's location is also fantastic, making travel very convenient. It's close to Central Park and not far from Vientiane City. The breakfast had a good variety, with fruits, pastries, noodles, and more – all tasted really good! 👍"
