"I brought my family to Ganzhou for a weekend getaway and we stayed at this international brand hotel – it was a perfect experience! First, I have to praise the service; everyone from the doorman to the room service staff was incredibly attentive, proactively helping us with our luggage. The room was spacious, plenty of space for our family of three. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool and gym – both facilities were brand new, and my child had a blast. The buffet offered a huge variety of dishes, especially the seafood and local specialties. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The hotel's service is excellent. I had a great experience last time, so I decided to come back, and it's just as comfortable as before. They prepared my room in advance, ensuring it was smoke-free and even adding an air purifier. Since I was traveling with my child, they thoughtfully provided kids' amenities, which was a very nice touch. The scenery is also fantastic, with a direct, unobstructed view of the river—truly a local Udu gem. The mountains and rivers offer a wonderful experience, the sky is beautiful, and the environment is great. The soundproofing is also superb; despite a road in front of the hotel, you can't hear any noise. Highly recommend!"

While breakfast wasn't extensive, the rice noodle soup was delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"The price of a budget hotel, with five-star service. Parking is very convenient, with an underground garage. Last time I booked another hotel with an overground parking lot, which was really inconvenient. The location is excellent, making city walks very easy. The service was outstanding. I arrived in Ganzhou quite late last night, and the hotel had prepared a late-night porridge. Then, they upgraded my room for free. The room also had welcome fruits and a welcome message. Quite impressive. The dining was also excellent. Breakfast was rich, and the Chinese lunch was very affordable, with a single set meal for 38 yuan. The stir-fried pork was absolutely delicious! I also received a small gift when leaving, which was a pleasant surprise. 😂 I rarely proactively write good reviews, but this is the first time I've felt that a hotel's service is truly great (^-^)👍. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Ganzhou. Highly recommended. As for minor drawbacks, I think the desk chair could be reoriented. When working, it's easy to bump into the lamp when standing up. It would also be better to install a motor on the curtains for automatic opening and closing. Ideally, there would be charging piles in the future, which would be convenient for guests with electric vehicles. No other major suggestions."

"Ganzhou For three months on business trip, basically all hotels stay once. At present, this 5.0 all-season hotel can be called the strongest. none of them. Three elements of the most basic concern of tenants: health services price Health level: floor, bathroom, pool, bedding, towels without hair and stains; tables and chairs, countertops, hangers without dust; after cleaning, the front desk will arrange a second inspection. Service level: welcome, check-in, room help is efficient; guests will also give a reasonable late check-out time for free if they need it; unlike an orange hotel. Price: 300 a bike. PS: If you want to pick it up, there is no welcome fruit. It is estimated that no one will book the surrounding hotels."

A somewhat remote but beautiful little hotel located behind a maracuja plantation. The owner is very warm and welcoming; for foreigners, we recommend using translation apps. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. Each room has windows overlooking the garden, which is planted with great attention to detail. In the garden is also a dining area where we could sit and eat comfortably in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a variety of dishes. Dinner was prepared for us by the owner himself, and it was excellent! We highly recommend eating there. As mentioned, the hotel is a bit remote, but with your own car or a Didi, you can easily explore the surrounding sights from there.

The day of the day and you can get the same one 😜😜😜😜😜😜 I can see it on my friend and a friend and a nice walk and take it easy and take it to re you have to do that for me and then I can do it now and I can do it on the website and it doesn't matter and I can see it and it doesn't matter and it's the only reason I can do the same 😜😜😜 I think I can see what you think of the same as it is a good idea if they can do it for you to get a new one in the morning to do that now.

The room was great; on a sunny day, you could see sunlight as soon as you opened the curtains. It was also very soundproof, which allowed me to fall asleep quickly after a day at the music festival without being disturbed by noise. In addition, the restaurant next door was also good; the food was better than any other meal I had in Ganzhou over the past two days!

Very bad experience from some of the members of the service. I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu. Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro. 2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work. The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

The room was poorly maintained, with a lot of accumulated grime. There wasn't a single hook in the bathroom; where were we supposed to hang our clothes and towels? The floor wasn't clean either; my child's socks got completely black from walking around. The toilet door lock was broken, and the bedroom light switch was also broken; the light kept switching on and off, and it even tripped the circuit breaker in the morning. We stayed in a room on the 4th floor, with a lot of trash outside the hotel's platform that hadn't been cleaned up. The window was also broken and wouldn't close. We booked a family room, but there wasn't even a stool in the outer room; we had to sit on the bed. There was only a tiny, extremely narrow table next to the TV, and nowhere to put anything else. We had to drag a small stool from the lobby to the room to use as a makeshift place. We booked a family room, and it was a complete disaster. The only redeeming qualities were the quick housekeeping response, the prompt delivery of items, and the strong water pressure in the shower. That was it. I don't know why Ctrip gave us a 4-star rating; were they bribed?

The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

We decided to upgrade to a ground floor suite and it was the best decision. The suite was bright and spacious with a private terrace overlooking the lake from which you got a spectacular view of the neighbouring Bajing park and bridge as well as an islet with a tree full of white egrets. The suite had both a bathtub and separate shower and a cosy niche with a circular bay window for enjoying one's tea. The grounds and public areas of this hotel were immaculate, and one can't help but be impressed by the cleaners constantly sweeping up every last leaf in the courtyards. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist who retrieved our laundry when we were out, to the lady owner who greeted us in the street and offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, to the kitchen staff who tried their best to adjust to our western taste at breakfast. The hotel had a superb location on historic Bajing Street which was full of quirky shops selling antiques and folk crafts. The Song Dynasty cultural village, the Bajing Pavilion, the ancient city walls and the pontoon bridge were all within easy walking distance.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.
