Five-star review all around!!! Easily the best hotel I've stayed in for years!!! My husband and I were driving back to Shandong, and since it was raining yesterday, we decided to stop in Chuzhou for a day. We booked this hotel on a whim and didn't expect it to be this good!!! The welcome fruit was fresh, the bedding was comfortable, and everything provided was high quality, very classy. Even the carpets in the hotel hallways felt extra thick, completely different underfoot!! If we ever come to Chuzhou again, we'll definitely stay here.

Parking at the hotel entrance is very convenient. The front desk spoke gently and the service attitude was excellent. The room was very new. My husband and children liked the equipment of the Ji Mi room. Next time I come to Tianchang, this is still my first choice. We chose this hotel for a business trip with our child. The hotel lobby is quite large, seemingly sharing a building with other hotels, but it feels very grand. The rooms are also spacious, with conveniently separated wet and dry areas. There are many good restaurants nearby for takeout, and a robot can deliver it upstairs. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and we slept very well at night. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Quiet, comfortable, clean, and with great service!

Every time I come back, I must live. The service awareness is very strong. The hair dryer socket fails at night. The hotel immediately sends two bottles of honey water. In the morning, I have breakfast and turn around to take the dining table. I will be cleaned up. Of course, I will have an extra glass of ice American.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very attentive and answered all my questions. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and complete amenities. The soundproofing was also good. The value for money is absolutely amazing, making this my top choice for travel!

I specifically chose this hotel to attend a relative's wedding. The banquet hall and guest rooms were on the same floor, saving us the hassle of traveling back and forth. The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep, and it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and gave clear directions. The wedding banquet food was delicious, and the venue was beautiful and perfect for photos. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Traveling from Shanghai, passing through Taizhou, Yangzhou, Chuzhou, Mingguang, and then to Fengyang, Mingguang city was an overnight stop. This hotel should be considered the best in the city right now. Manager Wu at the front desk was very good; she even reminded us about breakfast. The room was clean and had a dining table by the window, so we could order food to eat in the room. Enjoying a meal with a view was quite pleasant, though there was a 15% service charge. However, the food prices weren't too expensive. The breakfast on the first floor didn't have many options, just enough to fill you up. That one type of shaomai (steamed dumpling) was really bad; I suggest they replace it. There's also a self-service laundry room upstairs. Nearby, there's a small park, and many new buildings are under construction. There's a swimming pool on the third floor, free for hotel guests. But since it's also open to the public, the water quality is... well, you know. So, I wouldn't recommend swimming there. Swimsuits are available for sale inside.

I have stayed here many times. This time I originally planned to stay for nearly a month, and I was going to leave on January 21st. But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow. I wish your hotel a prosperous business.

I went back to my parents' home for three days, so I stayed in three of the best hotels in Fengyang. Fengyang was the best hotel five years ago, but now it is not good compared to Kaiyuan and Mingfa. The hardware facilities in the room are a bit old. Breakfast only ends at 9:30, so I slept in and got up without breakfast. Kaiyuan can do it at ten o'clock, Mingfa can do it at ten and a half, what a difference. The hotel room is larger than Kaiyuan. The front desk can delay check-out until 2 o'clock by phone. It is quite user-friendly. The location is much better than the other two rooms. It is in the center of the new city and there is a park next to it. I feel that if the hotel wants to survive well, it will be better. The hardware and services need to be improved. Breakfast at ten o'clock is standard in the hotel!

The room offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was hands down the most extensive I've ever encountered – dozens of options to choose from! I was so busy enjoying the food that I completely forgot to take any photos. We also used a private room for a gathering, and its ambiance was quite pleasant. But the breakfast truly stole the show! 😊
