"From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful."

"Pros: 1. The room was quite spacious and clean, with no strange odors. There were some stains on the carpet, which weren't aesthetically pleasing, but didn't bother me. 2. Service was prompt. I requested a few bottles of water, and they were delivered quickly. 3. The air conditioning was powerful, keeping the room cool and quiet. 4. The pool and gym were good. However, the pool isn't really for serious swimming as it was full of kids playing. The gym had plenty of treadmills and elliptical machines. 5. Breakfast was decent. 6. It's not far from attractions like Langya Mountain, the Science Museum, and the dog market. 7. The beds were comfortable and not too narrow. I booked a twin room, and an adult and child could sleep on one bed without feeling cramped. Cons: 1. The room and bathroom were separated by a glass partition. Although there was a roller blind, it wasn't effective; you could still somewhat see people in the bathroom, which was a bit awkward. 2. Food delivery services couldn't bring food directly to the room; I had to pick it up from the lobby. There were no service robots. 3. The room door wasn't soundproof, so I could hear noises from outside. Overall, I'd still recommend it. I don't think there are any major drawbacks."

"I often take my baby for a short weekend self-driving tour. This time I took my little son on a weekend trip. I just brushed this homestay. The price is full. It is the lowest price we have ever stayed in but the quality is quite guaranteed. The boss is very enthusiastic and the barbecue quality is good. I usually drink not much coffee. But the taste of raw coconut mocha is just what I want. The accommodation sent 2 drinks, and I came back in the afternoon and ordered 2 drinks with my son, cool! Have the opportunity to consider two brushes. I wish the boss a prosperous business. Overall, this price is excellent value for money."

"First of all, the environment is good. It is located in the Suning Plaza business district. The rooms are spacious, hygienic, clean, and the hot water is very strong. The handsome guy and the beautiful girl at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The handsome guy introduced us to many Chuzhou attractions and food. He is kind and considerate. He also reminded us of the weather and traffic conditions. It was very considerate! It was a great service experience! The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Langya Mountain, more than 2 kilometers away, and has convenient transportation to Wu Niuzi's former residence."

"This time when I came to Chuzhou, I stayed at the Kaidi Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale and had a great experience! The hotel is in a prime location, close to the city government, and it only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Langya Mountain. The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are smart and complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night. There are a variety of breakfasts, and you must not miss the local specialty soup. The Anhui cuisine in the Chinese restaurant is authentic, and the global cuisine in the Western restaurant is also very tempting. "Dated facility with carpeted rooms and hardened mattresses. Internet barely worked. TV is small. Windows badly need to be cleaned from the outside. Air conditioning is slow and barely cools the room down. Elevator buttons malfunctioned, when choosing up or down make sure it stays activated. Bathtub is big, and there is a Luckin Coffee shop and convenience store in the same building."

Five-star review all around!!! Easily the best hotel I've stayed in for years!!! My husband and I were driving back to Shandong, and since it was raining yesterday, we decided to stop in Chuzhou for a day. We booked this hotel on a whim and didn't expect it to be this good!!! The welcome fruit was fresh, the bedding was comfortable, and everything provided was high quality, very classy. Even the carpets in the hotel hallways felt extra thick, completely different underfoot!! If we ever come to Chuzhou again, we'll definitely stay here.

The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. All the facilities were well-equipped and functional. The hotel is located in the busiest part of the city center, so there's a lot of foot traffic. At night, the streets were bustling and brightly lit, creating a peaceful, festive atmosphere.

The room was very nice, big and clean, with comfortable bedding. The facilities in the room were complete and modern. No need for a card to check in and out, just scan your face, very convenient. We have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time we have had this experience. The curtains are electric, and the TV can be controlled by voice. Washing and drying are convenient. The breakfast is also good. The best thing is the front desk clerk and manager, who are enthusiastic in reception, help choose rooms and deliver water, and provide thoughtful service.

The hotel was very crowded. However it was clean. One issue that I faced was the sockets which was new sockets (Chinese sockets not suitable for the round plugs) and I couldn’t charge my laptop. However, the receptionist helped me bu providing me a converter.

I have stayed here many times. This time I originally planned to stay for nearly a month, and I was going to leave on January 21st. But your hotel is going to increase the price on the 21st. I thought that I have stayed in your hotel for a month and the 20 yuan will not affect the traveler's experience. As a result, I failed to negotiate. It felt like I was kicked out on the last day without caring about an ordinary guest like me. So I decisively cancelled the order for the next few days and changed to another hotel tomorrow. I wish your hotel a prosperous business.

Basic motel. The staff at the front desk was flustered when presented with a foreigner and a passport but after a call to the local police station I was able to check in. Room was basic but clean. Breakfast also basic, usual Chinese hotel breakfast fare, eggs, doujiang, youtiao, vegetables and so on.

The hotel is surrounded by bus stops, residential areas, and schools. The environment is fantastic, and the decor is beautiful. The space is spacious, with plenty of closets and clean windows. The central air conditioning is very responsive and produces powerful airflow. The bathroom countertop is large, with separate wet and dry areas. There's a laundry area on the third floor, complete with a washing machine and sink. It's sunny and well-ventilated. The problem is that there are so many switches in the room, and it's a bit of a hassle to map them all (a wry smile).

Location of the hotel is at the corner of the last building next to a car washing shop. The rows of shophouses along the road and opposite the road have lots of small restaurants selling food. Location of hotel is accessible to 2 different metro stations within 2km of walking. Cleanliness of room wasn’t top notch but was definitely worth the price which I paid for. Staffs were helpful too. Will stay again if I happen to be in that city.

It was my first time to go on a business trip to Hanhe, so I carefully searched for more than a dozen hotels here and found that the prices were basically the same. But in the end, I carefully decided on the Platinum Boutique Hotel because it included breakfast with a variety of options, and also provided lunch and dinner, which was very convenient. I drove to the hotel at night and was really surprised. The lobby was spacious and bright. The sofa was very comfortable to lie on after a long drive. The facial scanning check-in was quick and convenient ~ Free parking at the door was convenient and the boss was very enthusiastic to help us girls take the luggage to the room and personally lead us to the room. Breakfast has everything you need, and there is 24-hour hot water. Taking a shower is so comfortable. Breakfast includes white porridge, preserved egg and lean meat porridge, pumpkin porridge, eight-treasure porridge, soup dumplings, fried dumplings, sesame balls, and fried dough sticks. There is so much that you can't finish it... The boss even asked if I wanted to add some: there is also leek box and dumpling soup... Oh my, boss, aren't you afraid of losing money? !! I've made a lot of money staying here for more than 10 days... My friends will definitely stay here when they come here... There are so many benefits that I can't describe them all, come and experience it, it's a great deal... The hotel hygiene is also super good. All the bedding was changed and washed every three days. The small details are perfect. The bathroom has dry and wet separation and 24-hour hot water. The strong water flow makes it so comfortable to take a shower. There is also a toilet paper roll, and mineral water is bottled for free to take away during the day! Disposable non-slip slippers... so good...
