The bathroom and entrance tiles were broken. I thought the floor was dirty and not cleaned, so I asked the front desk. The cleaning staff came and explained that it was because the tiles were falling off. After mopping twice, it was still the same. I applied for a room change and was told that the next door was worse. But the children were tired and hungry and needed to eat first, so I accepted it. As a result, when I came back to wash at night, the shower head in the shower room could not be fixed at all and fell down. It was broken and could not be used. I hit my foot. Fortunately, it was not serious. I went to the bathtub to wash, but there was no water at all. I was depressed. Finally, I used the shower head to brush my teeth in the shower room without a shower head and a small shower head. I found that there was only an empty shower cap in the box. There was nothing else. I called the front desk again and sent toiletries. This is really a bit speechless. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation when staying in a hotel. They splashed around in the water. The breakfast was very rich in variety, including drinks, pastries, etc. It felt much worse than the last time I stayed there.
