EEleanor KateCould not have asked for a better location in Brussels! Just around the corner from Mannekin de pis and The Grand Place, neighbouring a beautiful cathedral and lots of places to eat and drink around the area 🧇🍫🍺🍟🥨 The room was excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We enjoyed using the complimentary products, dressing gowns and slippers. Mini-bar also available with free bottles of water. Bed was super comfy and the walk-in shower was brilliant.

GGuest UserThe hotel attendants were polite, Helpful. The room is big enough and clean... The location is decent, always farther from the city center, but there is another kind of tranquility. Overall quite satisfied. But give some improvement suggestions: The hot water is not stable enough, it will be hot for a while and cold a couple of times and hot again so, can improve.

KKaysha Ebony LeeannIt was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

Hotel is few km away from grand place, the staffs are friendly and greets us with kind words in notes and welcoming cookies. we feel delighted staying comfortably with this hotel. KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

区区1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.

GGuest UserThe hotel is only two or three stops from Brussels central though visitors should be careful about taking the correct train (or you’ll end up in Leuvain and miss the Diagem station). The breakfast is more than adequate for business travelers and the gym is well-equipped. Rooms are unusually spacious and very comfortable. If there is a downside to NH airport hotel, it’s that there aren’t any cafes or restaurants in the area in case you didn’t have a meal in the city. Otherwise, the service and accommodations are excellent.

WwuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy. Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

GGuest UserAunque la edificación es estupenda y la ubicación también, la gestión de este establecimiento es pésima: la mampara pierde agua y se inunda el baño, con lo que las toallas son escasas. Estaba muy sucio y con arañas (véase la foto), pero lo peor es el servicio, ya que si tienes un problema pasan de avisarte (como les pasó a unas compañeras) que las dejaron en la calle por un problema con el impuesto local SIN PREVIO AVISO. Sinceramente cuando vuelva a Bruselas buscaré otra opción de alojamiento. A nosotros la gestión nos vino muy bien por el buen servicio de Trip.com, pero nuestras amigas que reservaron con Stayforlong fue catastrófico y pasaron unos días de problema en problema. Gracias Trip.com y hasta nunca jamás BApartahotel Grand Place.

GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.
