The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Every day I needed toiletries and room service, and they handled everything perfectly. They even folded my clothes after tidying my room and recommended local restaurants. On my check-out day, they kindly arranged a complimentary taxi to the airport. The amenities were excellent, with a safe, microwave, and iron all provided, plus there's a swimming pool. The location is superb, very close to the convention center. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic; the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Besides the buffet options, they also offered complimentary fried eggs. It was a very satisfying stay overall. The only very minor flaw was that the carpet was a bit dirty.

The furniture is dated, especially the carpet in the room. The cleanliness was poor; although the room was cleaned, the bedding wasn't replaced. The bathroom sink had poor drainage.

The two-bedroom and one-living room has all kinds of equipment and is very affordable. Located in the city center, not far from Carrefour and outlets. Very convenient. Good reviews.

Very good facilities and up to date hotel. The service is really good. Right opposite king Faisal mosque, the location is really good. The rooms are quite decent size and nice.

Very good, the price is not expensive, the traffic is very convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the hotel has its own meal service, breakfast is also very good. The overall feeling is still OK, the second stay.

The service was good, they helped with parking directions, and both the front desk and the parking attendant were very friendly. However! This is definitely not a four-star hotel, don't be fooled. The hotel facilities are very old, the room has a strange smell, and the bedding isn't clean. I didn't even feel like taking pictures. I won't be staying here again.

The hotel is located in the prime location and mobility is easy. They are washing the towel and bedsheet with some washing powder but the bleaching smell is quite high. Washroom not met our expectation even the tub looks dirty and washbasin drain plug not working. Overall it is okay but not as 4 star.

Sauna and pool are available, but it is quite a strange arrangement. Not as friendly as international standards. Local culture? Fantastic Ramadan buffet dinner, as well as a very good breakfast selection. Definitely worth the money

Good location, decent accommodation. Nearby shops and restaurants and just a stroll from the corniche.
