I was at teh Evan Hotel during the WACO WORDFEST in 2024-and found their staff positive,professional and pro-active. The facilities were modern and clean.I especially appreciated the provision of tea and coffee and water in the Lobby. I would heartily recommend the Evan Hotel to those staying in Waco Michael Kelly

The hotel was very beautiful from the location and the facility. The line still has air up, check-in took a long time to someone appeared, breakfast was little detailed. The breakfast is 9:30 and exactly around 9:30 the roller shop is downloaded, whether anyone is still sitting at breakfast or not!

This is the best hotel I've had the pleasure to stay in. The staff never stops trying to make your stay the best and they do a GREAT job. It's a newer building and all the staff work nonstop keeping it looking that way. The food was wonderful and breakfast is free and cooked to order. This was my first stay at an Element hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would like to point out one of the staff members, Victoria Wright, for being such a wonderful part of our stay. She is an outstanding employee and makes every guest feel at home. I don't think you can find a better place to stay.

It was all very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Mini vacation for my girlfriend and I, had a great time. Didn’t spend much time in the room but it was decent and the staff was nice enough. Having the continental breakfast which was supposed to be included would’ve been nice.

Amazing pet friendly hotel directly off the interstate. Great customer service and lovely rooms. Continental breakfast is just okay but coffee was delicious.

Hygiene: OK, feels neat and clean. Service: The front desk staff is okay and enthusiastic. Efficient. Facilities: The rooms are good and quite satisfactory. Stylish Environment: It is very convenient nearby and there are many restaurants to eat.
