With a separate entrance and two bedrooms, a living/dining area, a fully-stocked kitchenette with dishwasher, and washer/dryer access, you’ll have all the amenities to make this your home away from home.Both bedrooms are newly renovated, with windows looking out onto the yard, which is fully fenced for privacy. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a twin day bed with a twin trundle, and a desk that allows guests to use the room as a dedicated workspace as needed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room, where the sofa doubles as a full pull-out bed. The living room also includes an extendable dining table, smart TV, and faux fireplace for maximum comfort and coziness in Utah winters.Step outside and you’ll find an outdoor space that’s perfect for both family fun and quiet relaxation. Parkside Haven’s recently re-landscaped yard features a waterfall, fire pit, barbecue grill, and patio complete with a bistro table and chairs. The yard is fully fenced and includes a private gated entrance to the beautiful 8-acre Spring Creek Park, where you’ll find a walking trail, basketball court, soccer fields, playgrounds, and a pavilion that can be reserved for gatherings.Two driveway parking spaces are available, as well as street parking.
