AAnonymous UserGood location and facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is the highest level of several similar hotels. However, reservation management is not good. Check-in was delayed because the hotel could not find the reservation information. When I went to the assigned room, others were already sleeping, and I couldn't get a new room immediately. The staff apologized for this and tried to solve the problem kindly, but the reservation management process needs to be improved

GGuest UserThere was long black hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom was not clean. There was stuff on the counters that I washed off. Also had to clean the walls.
Basically, they failed at a cleanly bathroom. We had a suite and it was double booked so we had to go to another room. Beds are very firm😡

GGuest UserGood location, very close to Utah Lake. The rooms are clean and tidy, especially in the rooms facing the snowy mountains. There are several snow-capped mountains and the scenery is very good. Breakfast is quite rich.

GGuest UserI didn't know the swimming pool would do it even in winter, but the water was so warm and nice that I bought a swimsuit and had fun improvising. ㅎㅎ I am really satisfied! Breakfast is good, service is good, staff are friendly :) Other hotels have too much dust on towels, but the towels here were clean.

刘刘The unexpected surprise of this hotel, the large room facilities are very good, and we upgraded the suite, which is very good feeling. Outside the window is the snowy mountain, so close. The traffic is also very convenient, close to the Salt Lake City Expressway.

GGMGGCheck in person was very friendly. The room was clean , beds were comfortable, Breakfast was great. There were a few spots in the room on yhe doors that could use a paint touch up.

小小马12The hotel is located in a quiet community, 4 minutes to Wal-Mart, not far from the door has a good pizza shop. American breakfast ~ the pool is not big, my family said that it is a super large bathtub, the daughter is about 5 steps diagonally.
