Our place is a large daylight walk-out basement apartment with private entrance. It includes: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, and family room. We recently updated the finishes and decor. We are excited to meet new people and hope you love it here. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Lehi. Close to restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc.It has 2 spacious bedrooms with closets; a bathroom with tub/shower combo and basic toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...); laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided; and a full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and pots and pans provided. We also provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa K-cups for the Keurig machine. The family room has a loveseat, a reclining sofa and a flat screen Roku SMART TV with access to our Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts. You are welcome to log in to your own screening accounts while you are here, (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) The basement temperature is controlled separately from the rest of the house, so it can be adjusted to your liking. We also have a large backyard with plenty of grass, a trampoline (put away in the winter months), and a playhouse. Our 2 friendly dogs love humans and love to play. They don't love other animals, however, so this is the main reason we do not allow pets. It would not be a quiet experience for anyone.Private entrance to apartment. You'll have the entire basement to yourselves. (There are a couple of doors to storage areas that are kept locked.) The only space that is shared is the backyard. You will have an outdoor parking spot either on the street or driveway. We have 2 large friendly dogs that live in the backyard where the entrance to the apartment is located. They love to greet and interact with all our guests. They are the main reason we do not allow other pets. They love humans, but don't necessarily love unfamiliar animals. Please communicate with me if you need special accommodations in regards to them.We have been hosts for about four years. Our apartment is booked nearly 100% of the time. Because of this, prompt check out at or before 11am is imperative so we have adequate time to clean and prepare for our next guests. For this reason also, it is very hard to accomodate early check ins. Remember, check in is anytime after 4! Please communicate with us if you need any special accomodations outside of those times, we'll do our best! Wride Memorial Park is an amazing one for the whole family and is 7mins from the suite.This place has a kitchenette for your convenience. There is no kitchen, no washer and dryer. Laundromat is 15mins from the suite. Help yourself to whatever is in the kitchenette area. We do live upstairs, so expect some noise here and there. We do our best to be quiet, but we are not 100% at it all the time.This new basement suite has new furnishings with a separate entrance. We will keep your space at a temperature of your choice upon request. Entrance into the apartment with a smartlock and the gate with a combination lock code. All rooms have AC vents. The mechanical room is located across from room 2; it is pretty quiet, but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to sleep in room 1.Absolutely no inflatable swimming pool and unauthorized activities. Always ask if you're not sure. Nursery center - Brand-new Baby playpen/crib with changing table and the bassinet in the hallway closet across from the bathroom. Instructions on operating the nursery center will be texted to those with babies on the reservation. Use at your own risk.We have a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Please enjoy it and make yourself at home. For the safety and health of guests and hosts, smoking of any kind on the premise is not allowed.Need a voice warmup or lesson while traveling?
