GGuest UserThe hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large. The gym facilities are okay and the breakfast is also good.

SSteveChoiI am very dissatisfied with the hotel's pre-authorization deduction system. My room is $200 a night, the hotel deducted me $200, then deducted $200 from my credit card, then deducted $20, and finally buckled me. 10 dollars, I went to the front desk theory, they said that they made a lot of mistakes, and later cleared the back of $ 220, but the remaining 10 dollars did not know what the deduction is! I also encountered such a bad hotel management system for the first time!

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was in trouble, the hotel said that the credit card was not paid, Trip.com was still very good and it was solved quickly. The hotel staff was also very kind and let us carry the luggage up first. The room was a bit old, the bottle of conditioner was empty and did not add it. We stayed late and didn't call again to ask for it. Pool indoor but small, no jacuzzi. We made a living for one night
