GGuest UserThe hotel is a mid-range hotel in westin. The room is very new and relatively large. The location is in a better area of Reno City. The bed was very comfortable. Some reviews said it was noisy, maybe because the windows were not closed tightly. The public area on the first floor is relatively large. The gym facilities are okay and the breakfast is also good.

ZZxiaoHThe location of the hotel is very convenient. There are various restaurants around, gas stations, convenience stores, a parking fee of 8 dollars, and the front desk service is friendly. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby. The room is a suite. The shower in the bathroom is broken, the water pressure is very low, and the water flow is very small. Generally speaking, the price is not bad. It is OK to travel to Lake Tahoe for one night.

AAnonymous UserCheck-in was in trouble, the hotel said that the credit card was not paid, Trip.com was still very good and it was solved quickly. The hotel staff was also very kind and let us carry the luggage up first. The room was a bit old, the bottle of conditioner was empty and did not add it. We stayed late and didn't call again to ask for it. Pool indoor but small, no jacuzzi. We made a living for one night

GGuest UserThe third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.
