Guest Useri was disappointed at the delay to check in. trip.com card declined so i was stuck in the lobby for hours. and all they did was offer me 2000 coins. not satisfied at all

I haven’t seen you in four years. Courtyard is as clean and tidy as ever👍 It has a gym and an indoor swimming pool, the breakfast is warm and full, and the staff is dedicated and respectful🫰
