We came to Cleveland by train. Arrival time is early. I wanted to say temporarily store my luggage. Check in again in the afternoon. In Cleveland downtown,, I walked to the eight attractions in almost a day. Opposite is the cathedral. I feel that every guest is full of energy.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking very close. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dining and entertainment right outside of the door. Great selection for breakfast. Checking in and out was very easy and fast. Thank you!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful — when I arrived soaking wet from the rain, they immediately gave me a towel and offered me free water, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I truly appreciated the warm and attentive service.
