YYONGHONGVery good hotel, the hotel is close to the Cleveland Museum of Art, convenient for children to visit, there is a parking lot, 10 cars for parking, the hotel brother stops 30 knives. To be honest, breakfast is more suitable for European and American guests, but the attitude of the waiter is super good, the younger brother at the front desk is also super handsome.

GGuest UserThe room was quite old. Check-in is at 4 PM, and I tried emailing the hotel to see if I could check in earlier, but received no response at all. The first room they gave me had two huge fans right outside the window, so I had to talk to the front desk manager to get a different one. I already knew there wouldn't be slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, but there wasn't even a cup to put my toothbrush in. I only chose this hotel because the Hilton was fully booked.

YYUCHICleveland, a beautiful city on the edge of the Great Lakes, accidentally saw a lot of tigers in the Year of the Tiger. The hotel is big and clean, and the breakfast is standard American breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

HHONGJUNThe degree of hygiene needs to be improved, although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can fully meet the demand. Valet parking service is also ok, 19-knife one-day parking fee, tipping in the morning when picking up the car, it is quite convenient. The suite is large and the service response is slow. There is a fitness center and there is no swimming pool.

GGuest UserAll of the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking very close. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Dining and entertainment right outside of the door. Great selection for breakfast. Checking in and out was very easy and fast. Thank you!

Friends who come from China should be prepared. Except for the front desk, do not have expectations for the service. This is the usual situation of American hotels after the epidemic.

XXiangduijianzhuI went to watch the Cavaliers' game. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the stadium. I parked my car at the hotel and walked there in a few minutes. It is also not far from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel facilities are average, a little old, but acceptable, parking is convenient, and there are not many businesses around. The service is average. The waiter seemed to be unfamiliar with the business and overcharged me, but Ctrip was very responsible and refunded me after contacting. Overall, it is still very good to stay here to watch basketball.
