Our stay at this lovely hotel was very nice. It is located close to shopping, restaurants and easy access to the interstate loop for getting around Charlotte. The room was a one bedroom suite. It was set up well for accommodation of the three of our party. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed our weekend stay & would choose the same location upon further travels.

This hotel was very nice. Jae, at front desk was exceptional at her job. She was very friendly and accommodating. Overall customer service was excellent! I wasn't crazy about the breakfast but definitely enjoyed my room. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I booked this hotel after doing my research. I like the location off 77. Very efficient check in upon our arrival. The breakfast offered was great! There’s coffee n hot water at the lobby through out the day and night. Good options for me. Self laundry n dryer is also available. I can wash my clothes whenever I like.

The lobby is beautiful. Check in was quick and easy. There is a $50 deposit for any damages that is returned to you after check out (3-4 business days). We arrived during their happy hour. Each adult got 2 free drinks and complementary snacks. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The shower was nice and big and had plenty of hot water.But there wasn't much water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The indoor pool was warm and very spacious. They have a kitchen here and the food was pretty good compared to the pricing. The breakfast was amazing.There were many different options for you to choose from, including a fresh omelet stand. I would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

The bathroom conditions are average, a bit peculiar, and breakfast is average. The room is quite big. The experience is not so good, it feels not worth the price.

For the reasonable cost of this hotel it was excellent. What made this stay for us was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beverly went above and beyond for us. The only downside was the heater wasn’t working in the pool but things happen that are unexpected.

I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in this hotel on our way out of town & were pleasantly surprised!! The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, great location!! ☺️

Great location for an early morning flight. Staff are friendly but reception can get a bit overwhelmed at times. Would stay there again.

Very new, this is unexpected, because of the new, so the facilities and health are good, the room is very spacious. In terms of location environment, except for being close to the airport, there is nothing else, and the service industry can't talk about it.
