The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

After negotiating with Ctrip, they could only tell the agent to wait, it was a collapse! Don't book this hotel, the Marriott and Ritz-Carlton around are very good and cheaper than them.
