Pet friendly Hotels in Charlotte

The service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!

The hotel was excellent, but I booked this stay for my sister, paid for the room, and they still charged her to stay. We’re now having to backtrack and get one of our fees refunded.

I checked in about 11pm and I few things with there was no cart available I was told they were in use so me and my sister just started carrying our stuff up to the room get off the elevator on the 7th floor there were 2 carts sitting right there then I booked and paid extra for panoramic view but got a view of the highway and trees and my curtains wouldn’t close all the way so in the morning sun was beaming right on my face

Have the AC running so when people show up in room it’s not scorching hot!!!

Cute little rooms, do not use main entrance unless you want to see dope fiends and crackheads. And do not go out side late night to smoke, had to stomp a dude off me...that was already getting jumped... Shoulda never grabbed me trying to get up. I don't have sh$@ to do with what y'all got going on... I would stay again tho...
