"We booked and paid for a room with two queen beds. Upon arrival the hotel staff said that there were none available. We went rounds with customer service saying it was a third party error but the third party (trip.com) did nothing to rectify the situation aside from offering trio coins for a future trip. Terrible experience with no support. At this point I don’t even know if it was the third party error or the hotels but the fact that nothing was done to rectify the error by either party is what’s most upsetting."
