Very b9! Location in the center. Comfortable room. Take those with a view of the swimming pool and not of the street to be quiet. Helpful staff. Small downside, the low pressure shower makes it difficult to take one and the toilet is so small and narrow you can't close the door to get in,

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

It is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area. There is no reason not to choose this hostel. step. I like to read books quietly. This hotel is not suitable for people with insomnia. The hotel is beautiful. The inner rooms are relatively quiet.

The hotel is not very successful . Far from the bus station and from decent beaches . The beach was bad and there was a very bad smell nearby . The service in the hotel is very good all kind and friendly helped in everything . The room itself is large and comfortable . Bed and towels are time to replace the new ones that are already badly worn . The price was pleased with the hotel . But be careful to take a 1000 peso pledge And 50 peso per day is a tax.

Очень симпатичный и уютный хостел с красивым внутренним двориком: много зелени, скульптур, столиков. Есть бассейн. Персонал очень милый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь! Завтраки в кафе вкусные, персонал в кафе тоже очень милый! Номера огромные, есть большая кухня-гостиная. Небольшое неудобство доставляло отсутствие вайфая в номере, надо было спускаться на 1 этаж, чтоб использовать интернет.Также отсутствует дверь в душевую, а там помимо душевой ещё и общий шкаф с запирающимися шкафчиками. Душевая просто прикрыта шторкой (и сама комната, и душевая кабина). Расположение хостела замечательное! 3 минуты до пляжа и 1 минута до 5 авеню (вечером в номере слышно музыку с улицы из кафе снизу). В целом мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом хостеле!

It was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather. I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen. The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea. I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!  In short, a faultless one for us…

I liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌.

The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand

One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel : In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location ) 1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk. This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation. Front desk not very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal. Recommended for budget travellers 👍
