是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu was our 5th hotel in this journey, and honestly, it set the bar pretty high. The location was hard to beat — right opposite Matsue Station, and it could be easily reached through an underpass, which was especially helpful when travelling with big luggage or during bad weather. One big surprise for us was the check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 11.30am, fully expecting to leave our luggage and return later, but we were told that our room was already ready and we could occupy it immediately instead of waiting until the usual 3pm check-in time. It also seemed that they upgraded our booking to a Standard Double Room, which made the experience even better. Two thumbs up for this hotel. Even though we had booked a Standard Single Room, the space genuinely surprised us. The room came with a queen bed and was more than comfortable for two of us. We were able to fully open our large suitcases without feeling cramped — something that is not always guaranteed in Japanese hotels. The room layout was practical and well thought out, with a proper TV console and work desk with a chair, a single sofa with a small table, an air purifier, and a fridge. The TV model was a bit outdated, though it did not affect our stay. The bathroom was also spacious, with a proper bathtub that allowed us to stretch our legs comfortably after long days out. The bed was very comfy, and they provided two pillows for each of us, which made our sleep even better. Amenities and bottled water were provided at the lobby area, which we found convenient. We paid around SGD159 (JPY19,000) for two nights, and it was excellent value. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in this journey, and we would gladly stay here again.

One of the most comfortable mid-range hotels I have ever stayed in after at least 80 nights in hotels in Japan. And the extensive breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had.

施設は古いですが掃除が行き届いていました。 お店の方のサービスが良く、快適に滞在できました。 旅館入り口に燕もいて、ほっこりした気分になりました。 巣は壊さず、とっておいてあげているので毎年燕が戻ってきているようでした。素晴らしい👍 古い旅館ですがエアコンやトイレ、空気清浄機など部屋の備品は新しくなっていました。 1点改善するべきは、エレベータから部屋の前までの共用部分の匂いがきになりました。 部屋食なので仕方がない部分はあると思いますが、脱臭換気した方が良いとおもいました。 一人旅での予約がこのサイトでしたできないのが残念です。自社ホームページも可能にしたら良いと思いました。

The building is old, but it looks like it has been renewed. Some rooms may not have a good view on the window side. I feel hospitality with origami. As for the meal, the quantity and quality are satisfactory. There is no particular problem with customer service.

I enjoyed walking around the izakaya nearby for dinner, and I was free without worrying. I enjoyed it purely. I feel the air is very comfortable. The hotel staff are very polite and will introduce tourist attractions in Songjiang. The hotel facilities need to be improved and the carpet needs to be updated. The breakfast is acceptable, including fried eggs with herring, etc.

Hotel location is relatively remote, the first time to stay in an adult hotel, the room has its own independent sauna, overall very good
