Trip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in. We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in. These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily.

Hotel is excellent! New, shiny, cleanest! Room is very spacious! Bed is comfortable, lingerie is ice cream, quality. Breakfast is good, on 7/10. I would like more fresh vegetables, greens. From the downsides, the hotel is far from the station and the old city. The bus is walking, but the intervals are 30 minutes.

Расположение апартаментов хорошее, до базилики Николая Чудотворца мин. 10-15 пешком вдоль набережной. До пляжа Pane e Pomodoro тоже не так далеко, приятно прогуляться вдоль набережной, а она красивая в Бари. Старый город рядом и все магазины. Заселение было интересным. В начале надо было зарегистрироваться онлайн, тебе приходит код, на стене у дверей весит сейф набираешь код и забираешь ключи, заходишь в общий коридор у квартиры еще один сеф там тоже лежит ключ непосредственно уже от твоей квартиры. Номер был чистый, не сказать что очень уютный, но мы туда приходили только ночевать. Завтраков не было. А так все понравилось Спасибо.

La habitación no estaba mal y es cierto que estaba todo bastante limpio. El problema fue que el anfitrión no me envió como suele ser habitual dos días antes, ningún enlace para hacer el check in. Únicamente días antes me envió un enlace para introducir mis datos y los de mi novia pero nada más. Llegamos el día 1 de diciembre (festivo) y no nos había mandado nada, así que supusimos que nos abriría él mismo la puerta en el apartamento. No fue así, estuvimos en frente de la puerta llamándole sin parar ya que no teníamos los códigos para poder acceder a la vivienda (la cual ya habíamos pagado) y no obtuvimos respuesta hasta al menos 40 minutos más tarde. Una vez conseguí hablar con él, nos abrió remotamente las puertas y me envió el enlace del check in y el del pago de la tasa turística, por lo que no obtuvimos hasta al menos otros 20 minutos las claves para poder irnos tranquilos. Muy mal servicio, no lo recomiendo

Хорошая комната, единственное надо заморочиться что бы попасть во внутрь. На домофона надо найти название отеля, среди жильцов. Это делается стрелками вверх вниз, потом нажать звоночек. Мне не сообщили номер комнаты, дали только код входной двери, он же код комнаты, благо на этаже всего 6 комнат, ходил набирал свой код к каждой двери, конечно моя последняя, а в общем неплохо все

The hotel is at a crossroad, about 10 meters away from the intersection. There is a white Italian sign at the entrance of the glass door. It says the name of the hotel and the hotel is on the 8th floor. In fact, just press the doorbell on the 8th floor, but I didn’t understand this. For the sign, I had to call the hotel, and then the door was opened. The corridor was a bit old and a little dusty. I couldn't see people. I felt like I was staying at home. At that time, I still didn't realize that the hotel was on the 8th floor, and then I searched it twice from the 1st floor to the 8th floor until I saw a small iron sign on the 8th floor with the name of the hotel and the white cat on it. Open the door on the 8th floor, sweep away the haze, clean white color, fresh design style, it seems that there are 5 rooms, the rooms are relatively clean, each room has a big terrace. The hotel includes breakfast. There is a public dining room for breakfast, and there is also a public terrace outside the dining room where friends can relax and chat. The pictures of hotel rooms, balconies, and dining rooms are the same as those on the booking. As long as you turn on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan will automatically run, and the exhaust fan will automatically turn off about 2 minutes after turning off the light. The bedside is equipped with a USB charging port, which is much more convenient than using a conversion head everywhere. When checking in, a girl came from outside to check-in, and detailed instructions. She speaks good English. If you have any questions, try to ask at check-in. She will not be seen again later. She is responsible for cleaning and making breakfast. Neither of the two girls speak English well, so they only need to leave the key on the table in the room when they leave the shop. Although looking for a hotel was a bit of a twist at the beginning, I worried a bit, but the feeling after moving in was pretty good.
