GGuest UserI liked everything, the hotel is worthy of its stars. A big plus is the transfer from the hotel, it is important to book it 24 hours in advance. The hotel is a 45-minute walk from the Basilica of St. Nicholas. Wonderful breakfasts, fresh fruits and berries.

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

ВВиктория КосThe hotel is new, so the service is still poor. When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this. The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable. It is very noisy with the window open. We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast. The cleaners do not understand English. For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom. These are the minuses. Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi.

DDerjiaThe boss is very polite, the room is black and simple, there is no shortage of spare parts, the most special is that there are blue bud speakers to connect to play your favorite music, breakfast in the opposite bar (there are two rooms to choose from) I chose the right corner that also surprised me. Very delicious breakfast, everything is so perfect! Be sure to give full marks!

PPegI was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

GGuest UserOne of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem.

SStefanoTNew and very nice hotel. Very clean. Executive room well equipped and decorated in neutral tones. Lovely shower. Beautiful pool in season and beach just a few steps away. Perfect for visiting Fiera del Levante exhibition centre! Some rooms have pool and sea view. Construction in the area. Excellent breakfast with local products and fresh produce. Great stay!

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean, In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses . I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us. I want my money back
