Amazing
AAnonymous UserTried out a new hotel that went viral. It's located right in the old town area. Perhaps because it's new, the cleanliness, facilities, and service are still well-maintained. The room was comfortable and very nice. Unfortunately, it uses standard air conditioning (not indoor air conditioning), so it feels like a regular room.
HHusnulHakimWe all know that the staff are the first thing that gives us our first impression of a hotel. For me, the staff at Noormans Hotel were friendly and helpful. On the first night, I complained about the AC and asked the receptionist to change my room. I waited only a few seconds, and the staff were ready with the key and a cart to help me move my things. The food was also good; your tummy will be happy. I loved how clean the room was and that the amenities were complete. All in all, I loved my stay at Noormans Hotel.
IIsmael AbbasThe hotel has a great design. Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop. The downsides are that there is no elevator, the staff is not well-trained, there is no restaurant, the parking lot is very small, and there are no slippers in the rooms.
OOng HartonoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.
HHari SaktiAffordable price. Valet parking is available, which makes parking safer. The receptionist was welcoming and the service was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, though there was no wardrobe. The restaurant menu was extensive, but the taste and texture of the food need to be re-tested before serving. Overall, it's recommended for a destination in Semarang.
AAnonymous UserPrice was very reasonable for what you get. If you're looking for luxury or lots of facilities, this isn't the place. But if you just want a clean, quiet, cheap place to sleep for the night, this hotel does the job very well.
AArdent travellerDining area for breakfast - table and chair arrangement makes the sitting spaces tight. On the other hand, the occupancy rate must be high until it requires more temporary tables to be set up in the space that is shared with the reception area.
