The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or simply relax without having to travel far. Whether I need daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, or entertainment, everything is just a few steps away. This convenience saves both time and transportation costs, which makes every trip much more enjoyable. Another reason I keep coming back is its outstanding value for money. The room rates are reasonable considering the quality of the facilities and the prime location. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever assistance is needed, making the overall experience even more pleasant. I also appreciate how easy it is to access nearby attractions and business areas from the hotel. Whether I am traveling for work or on vacation, the location perfectly suits my needs. After a busy day, I can simply walk into the shopping mall to enjoy a good meal or do some shopping before returning to my room. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and affordability. Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

Nice room with unique graphic painted wall. Overall decent stay. Room cliean, warm shower watwr, very cold air conditioning, and fast internet. What i like the most is the coffee machine provided in the room. Make my morning and charge for the day.  Chito the room attendance do his job well. Minus on limited car park space, but still managed well by the hotel team

The room was nice and comfortable. And what I liked most was the super friendly staff service. Highly recommend if you're visiting Semarang. I'll definitely be back again!

Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. While it's clear the hotel has been around for a while and the decor is more classic and traditional, the overall cleanliness was spotless, and maintenance was excellent. The hotel's pool and gym were also very clean, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Business trip to one of the grandest 5-star hotels in downtown Semarang. The room was spacious, well-equipped, with cool air conditioning, and a beautiful, clean, and fragrant interior. There's a connecting door from the hotel to the mall, making it convenient for dinner directly at Ciputra Mall, which offers many interesting culinary options, without the hassle of driving elsewhere to find food.

I stayed at Noormans Hotel Semarang for a 2-day business trip, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment after a full day of meetings. I especially appreciated the complete amenities, which made the stay convenient and hassle-free. With its good service and comfortable facilities, Noormans Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers. I’m happy to give it a 4.5 out of 5 and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Semarang.

Strategic location, quite spacious and quiet rooms. However, it's undergoing renovation, so there's a paint smell.

The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic! One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha! However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱
