The hotel is excellent, clean, and has complete facilities. The Kids Club offers many activities for children. Ms. Sella from reservations was incredibly helpful. The salon facilities are good, and the service is excellent, especially from Ms. Firda and Ms. Nining. Breakfast has a wide variety and everything is delicious. PADMA is the best hotel in Semarang, Indonesia, and this Tentrem is a close second. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a strong, pleasant fragrance. The restaurant and pool are located on the sixth floor. Right across the street is a shopping mall, and on the second floor of the mall, there's a Chinese restaurant called Xia Gong. Hotel guests get a 15% discount there, and you'll receive a discount voucher from the front desk when you check in.

This hotel is centrally located in Semarang, within walking distance of attractions like Queen City Mall, the Old Semarang Post Office, and the Great Mosque. It's also conveniently located about 960 meters from Poncol Train Station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. I still appreciate the comfort and memories I have had here over the years, and I hope the hotel will continue to maintain and improve its facilities in the future.

It's a top choice for both business travelers and tourists. High Standard of Service and Dining: The staff were exceptionally warm and professional right from check-in. I especially want to praise their breakfast – the variety was impressive, with a wide selection of local Indonesian flavors and Western dishes, all prepared with great care. Well-Equipped Facilities, Though Showing Some Age: The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location is strategic and nexr door is convenience store for 24hour. Enjoy the car free day just out from the hotel on Sunday morning. Towel is time to replace with new because already overused. The thread can find on the edge on the side.

The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic! One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha! However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.
