Good location next to the train station. Clean rooms.
Only negative was small restaurant area so there was a queue to be seated for breakfast.

Had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and accommodating . Thankyou to Jane who made our check in easy. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hotel was in easy distance of the city centre.
Bristol Airport is right next door, placing us a five-minute walk from arriving and departing flights. Take the kids to see exotic animals at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm eight miles away or drive nine miles to downtown destinations like Cabot Tower and the University of Bristol. Relax at our restaurant and bar, and enjoy free hot breakfast served from 6am, and free WiFi.,

Hotel is located across the road from the Airport via two flights of stairs and a covered walk.
Bar food in hotel was good and well priced for a weary traveller.
Room was large with a sofa and work desk provided. Only problem experience was with the shower
drainage which did not work well and anted to overflow into the room hence the need for an on off
shower!
Hotel breakfast was included by TRIP.COM which was really great as they opened a small continental
breakfast area with cereals, yogurts, toast etc from 04:00AM with hot food service commencing from
06:00 onwards.
Hotel is recommended for a one night airport transit stay.

A great location for the city centre although the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best! Staff were EXCELLENT, so helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good with all you can eat buffet. Kept me going all day! Would certainly recommend this place, and would happily stay there again.

When booking, I left a message asking for a single sofa bed, and I didn't expect that we would be upgraded to a suite for free.
Except that the toilet in the bathroom has a weak suction and needs to be flushed repeatedly. All other services are very satisfactory.
Just a short walk from the Bristol Temple Meads train station, the ibis Bristol Temple Meads hotel is your premier choice for effortless travel. We'll set you up for the day with an unlimited, hearty breakfast spread, provide around-the-clock refreshments with a smile, and even put your pooch up for the night with our pet-friendly setup. Its central location makes it easy for guests looking to explore and take in the best of what Bristol has to offer.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Bristol Temple Meads, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience, particularly well-suited for solo travelers. Here's a breakdown of my stay:
**Cleanliness:** The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. My room was spotless, and the common areas were consistently tidy, reflecting the staff's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort.
**Convenience for Solo Travelers:** As a solo traveler, I found the accommodation to be more than adequate. The room, although modest in size, was well-organized and equipped with all the essentials, ensuring a comfortable and efficient stay.
**Location:** One of the standout features of the Ibis Bristol Temple Meads is its prime location. Situated conveniently close to Bristol Temple Meads railway station, the hotel offers easy access to public transportation and local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
**Parking Facilities:** Another notable advantage is the availability of 24-hour parking nearby. This is a significant benefit for those driving to the city, providing peace of mind and hassle-free parking during your stay.
**Overall:** While the hotel is on the modest side in terms of luxury and extra amenities, it excels in providing a reliable, clean, and convenient lodging option. It's a practical choice for solo travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay with all the necessary comforts and an excellent location in Bristol.

The apartment itself was good. Spacious, well-decorated and had all that we needed. Location is quite okay too. Customer service could improve as it was quite difficult to contact reception and there were delays in replies.

GGuest UserNext to the Black Sheep bar and restaurant. The check-in procedure is simple and the room is clean and spacious. It is on the highway and very convenient for travel
GGuest UserLovely hotel housed in a beautiful old building with delightful city garden. Good proximity to motorway, and easy drive to city centre if needed. Continental breakfast was good value at 12 pounds. Service was very friendly. Parking place included and decent wifi. Couldn't have asked for more for the price.
GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
FFlorenceliyThe location is okay. I took an Uber until there was a bus station nearby. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, so I asked for it. There were no slippers and a shower cap. I was a bit overwhelmed. The space in the house was small. Breakfast is ok

GGuest UserA clean and quiet room, suitable for three adults here. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. The bus took us around 20-30 mins to city centre. We will consider to book it again next time.
GGuest UserParking is free, the environment is comfortable and quiet, there are large supermarkets and coffee shops nearby.

You get what you pay for!.... Single bed with only able to use half of the mattress as the springs were sinking on one side!!!
Notified reception - response - not my job! 😠... Contact customer support... Contacted customer support - surprise, surprise - SILENCE 😬
First week of a 9 month contract - Stayed 4 nights, already booked elsewhere!
Location is great... Served by lots of shops and restaurants with a brilliant bus service... Can't fault location!
N.B They supply 2 bath towels only and you are expected to wash yourself and reuse! 🤦
