"Friendly staff. Hotel a little old, room clean and comfortable but in need of some renovation, especially the bathroom (very old). Room with an excellent view of the mountain, well soundproofed. There is no air conditioning, just a radiator to heat the room with no option to turn it off, a very big inconvenience since the room was very hot. Basic breakfast."

"The lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes."

"The hotel has a great location, in the city center and close to all the attractions of Lourdes. Another plus is the low cost of the room. The hotel is located in an old building, hence such features as creaking floors and thin walls with poor sound insulation. Our room 24 was the cheapest, on the 2nd floor. You could go up on a small elevator. The room itself is very simple, the room was renovated a long time ago. The main disadvantage is that there is no window to the street. When booking, it was indicated ”city view”, but our window overlooked a light well courtyard 2x2 m, the neighbors' window is 2 meters away. Fresh air does not enter the room, there is little light. As a result, there is an unpleasant smell of old age, it was stuffy to sleep at night. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. The shower is normal, the sink was clogged. The hotel is suitable for one night maximum for those who are ready to put up with noise and lack of ventilation."

"Location is uphill, 600 meters close to the centre but manageable to walk to all attractions. Room is clean, but no air conditioning, I arrived during the peak of hot weather with temperature of 37 degrees.  At night you can hear other guests from the other room."

"Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account"

"The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!"
