"Great hotel in a great location! Just a 10 minute walk to the Grotto, and right opposite the stop for the airport shuttle. The hotel was spacious and clean with a relaxing air. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure guests were comfortable. I highly recommend booking a superior room rather than a standard one. I had a room on the top floor with amazing views of mountains, and the river - as well as other hotels. The room was large and clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee replenished every day. When I arrived, there was a free bottle of water in the fridge and a little gift of a Lourdes medal plus a couple of sweets, with a beautiful and kind note from the manager. I really appreciated those touches. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is just opposite the train station. The hotel is in an old building with a restaurant and luxurious decoration. The rooms are European style, the same as other BW series. The room has a balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains and the church in Lourdes. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, and 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but there is a slope."

"From Friday, February 9th to Monday, February 12th, 2024, for 3 nights in a double room at this excellent property, just minutes from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, on a pilgrimage with the friends of San Domenico. The room was bright, spacious, and comfortable. Helpful staff; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were adequate. Good value. I remember that on my return to the airport, strong winds from the Pyrenees delayed my departure. A powerful experience, with a huge turnout of faithful, a Mass attended by 25,000 people, and a wonderful memory of the flaumbeaux in the rain. Lourdes is beautiful, in every way!"

"Super well located hotel, about 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The view from the room was beautiful as per the photo. I stayed in a double room with a large private bathroom. Very simple bathroom with hairdryer and hot water but no towel rack accessible to the shower. Room with air conditioning but without minibar. Daily room cleaning and towel change as well. It has wifi. Excellent service from reception to the restaurant. Very good breakfast with a variety of juices, cereal, eggs and jam. Average value for money for the hotel. I only had one problem: the carpet in the room was very damp next to one of the beds, not suitable for people with allergies."
