AAnonymous UserThe location is very convenient – right next to the Lillenium shopping centre. The area feels safe and modern, with good access to shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall cleanliness was excellent.

RRexShangThe location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from Flandres train station and 15 minutes walk from Euro train station. I stayed for 4 nights and it was very cost-effective. The breakfast was also great, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a variety of breakfast options, which was great value. Not only is it close to the train station, it is also close to the old town and various attractions, especially the Palace of Fine Arts. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserRoom No. 36: All the staff were friendly. Day and night.
Perfect location (right in front of the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the different squares and Euralille).
The room was sufficient for our stay in Lille. Super clean. Excellent bedding. Nickel heating. No view of the street (just an interior courtyard), which is perfect for a peaceful night's sleep except for a noise emanating from turbines or others (I don't know!) but that didn't bother me.
The bathroom in our room is not very large and is not suitable for tall or heavy people.
There was a little attention for our arrival (New Year), a kind word, good wishes and a small present. It was nice. Besides, I thank them again for this little attention because I did not know how to respond (no pen!) to the letter.
The breakfast is more than sufficient and is frankly very good.
The elevator is very narrow and small but sufficient.
Please note: carpet in the room and in the corridors. To check for those with allergies!!
In summary: 2-star hotel that deserves to be known.
Honestly a very good 2 star +++++.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

It's close to the train station and the metro. It's a convenient place to stay for both sightseeing and business trips in Lille. The front desk is open 24 hours a day and offers English-speaking staff.

Extremely disappointing breakfast for the price of 14 euros. There are little things to eat in sugar. No natural yawns, no herb syrup, no four-quarters, madlaws, or bricks ...
In addition, it was missing everything and in the event of a stream there was absolutely nothing to eat. Some people waited for almost 20 minutes to have it only a growing one.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely 100% perfect. It’s right opposite the train station. It has an elevator. It’s also new. It looks like it’s been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad.
When I stored my luggage, there was no space. I could only store it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I found it very confusing.
But overall it's very clean
