Great hotel with plenty of amenities. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Addis.

Near Bole is a relatively cost-effective hotel, the room is relatively large, the bathing experience is relatively good, breakfast can only be said to be OK, the staff service attitude is good.

The host was an amiable and hospitable lady. She welcomes you with warmth, and the staff also behaves respectfully. The guesthouse is beautifully designed, with eye-catching artwork in every corner. Our room was lovely and comfortable, but there were some shortcomings. It seems that the main light in the room was burnt out, making it dark at night. Additionally, there was no trash bin in the room and the toilet hose needed repair. The host has five adorable dogs, which is important to mention in the guesthouse description for those who may have sensitivities or fears of dogs. This information helps travelers decide whether to reserve a room, considering some people may be uncomfortable around dogs. You can experience local cuisine at this guesthouse. If you enjoy Ethiopian food, you will appreciate the offerings. A supermarket is nearby, and you can use the kitchen facilities to prepare your meals. Please note that hot water is not readily available. You'll need to inform the staff to heat the water, and it takes at least two hours for it to warm up.

I booked for my Mom and, prior to her arrival, the hotel was prompt to reply to my WhatsApp messages and to be added to a group with my mom for arrival arrangements since my mom doesn't speak English much. Everything was handled very well, they were very flexible to help us extend the stay and my mom said she was happy with their service. Also very well located she said, close to the airport. The location and aminities were great but the office staff need training interms of giving consistent information, they claimed that I had one reservation when I had two they insisted that I paid for one room when I paid for two and requested that I send them a picture of my credit card! Which is borderline suspicious.

Cheers bed& breakfast was a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great value and comfort!

Relatively small, but very complete. The service is very good, and any service staff is very enthusiastic. Become friends with every service staff. Will come to live next time. Coffee here is also good and cheap.

Ok for one night but the club music from outside went on very late so if you are light sleeper not going tot be great. The location is great and it’s clean but there was no towel provided which was the downside.

This is my second stay in this hotel - although my first stay was not positive, but the hotel staff are friendly and they tried to help. The problems I faced previously such as no water to the room, during peak hours, still persist. So I have taken to shower during off-peak period. In addition, during this stay there were periods at night, of more than 10 mins, where there was no electricity to the room on 2 days. I think the above issues are due to the aged infrastructure of the hotel and hotel management should invest into upgrading these systems. Apart from these, the friendliness of the staff, more than make up for these inconveniences. But this is no excuse for the management not to upgrade the hotel infrastructure, since the hotel is often running full occupancies (due to lack of choice).

The front desk clerk and the boss were very welcoming. Since we didn't speak the same language, the clerk spoke very good English and helped us explain in detail to the driver where we were going, making us feel like family!
