Ssue from Australia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this guest house in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable. All the staff were lovely women, and they made me feel safe, welcomed, and well-looked after. The manager, Ts’eḥāyon, was exceptional. She speaks fluent English, is very professional, and incredibly kind. She picked me up from the airport and drove me back at the end of my stay. She also offers amazing tours around the most popular and beautiful places in Addis at a very reasonable price, which made my trip truly special. The price of the accommodation was also very affordable, especially considering the high level of service. I felt at home the entire . I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Addis Ababa. I will definitely stay here again!

MM269028****This service is absolutely terrible, truly awful. If you want to order room service and pay with cash, you have to go down to the front desk first to pay, and then the front desk notifies the restaurant. I tolerated that. But when I got to the front desk and explained why I was there, as I was about to pay, they asked me where the cash came from and demanded proof. I told them I got it from the bank earlier, but I'd already thrown away the receipt. Since I couldn't prove it, I couldn't order food. Seriously, I'm not paying to stay in a hotel, I'm paying for torture! What happened to the spirit of room service? And then, when my friend went up to help me with my luggage, they demanded to hold onto my friend's passport at the front desk. I was furious and told them they had no right to detain my friend's passport. They righteously claimed it was for safety. I retorted that there are many ways to ensure safety, so why choose to seize a passport? This stay was an incredibly bad experience. Their service doesn't even come close to hotels like Hyatt, Marriott, or Tulip. Some of the staff even seemed arrogant and stuck-up. I will never stay here again.

We were especially impressed by the team who served us breakfast and provided room service. The women, including Melat, were incredibly kind and friendly — starting our mornings with her bright smile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

GGuest UserIt is better than I have expected. The hotel is new, rooms are nice and clean. Free shuttle to airport. But there are some disadvantages: - location is not good - there are no gym, spa or swimming pool - late check out after 6 was not possible even after we paid extra (half of the daily cost)

GGuest UserThis is my second stay in this hotel - although my first stay was not positive, but the hotel staff are friendly and they tried to help. The problems I faced previously such as no water to the room, during peak hours, still persist. So I have taken to shower during off-peak period. In addition, during this stay there were periods at night, of more than 10 mins, where there was no electricity to the room on 2 days. I think the above issues are due to the aged infrastructure of the hotel and hotel management should invest into upgrading these systems. Apart from these, the friendliness of the staff, more than make up for these inconveniences. But this is no excuse for the management not to upgrade the hotel infrastructure, since the hotel is often running full occupancies (due to lack of choice).
