The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Mohammed, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Our flight was late in the evening, and the hotel kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, giving us the opportunity to explore Cairo without any worries. This thoughtful service made our last day much more enjoyable. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and spotless, and the furnishings were of excellent quality. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, allowing all of us to sleep very well after long days of sightseeing. We also appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided in the room, which added a nice touch of luxury. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

I can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here as a couple; the room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. I'd even say professional. We booked a deluxe room with a bathtub and a glass wall—it was worth it. The bathroom was excellent, perfect for two. The renovations were done well, even a bit sterile, without the typical Egyptian lack of attention to detail. We stayed in this room in December (when we were freezing in other hotels), and overall it was very comfortable. Street noise was minimal, especially compared to Cairo. The internet was average, not the best speed. We watched a movie on TV—the lighting, sound, and picture were very comfortable. The hotel's location is good: a 10-minute taxi ride to the museum and 15-20 to the entrance to the pyramids. Breakfast was okay. Grocery and fruit options are a 5-minute walk away. One downside: the staff in the cafe wasn't very professional (apparently the owner's children are there), but that's a minor detail. Also, if you order food from the cafe's menu, allow for a 40-50-minute wait. But to sum it up, the hotel fulfilled all its main tasks (sleep, relaxation, warmth) perfectly.

I booked a Deluxe room with a pyramid view, first line. The room was fresh and clean. The only downside is that directly under the window, there's a camel parking area where they relieve themselves, and the smell, especially in the heat, wafts up into your room. I didn't notice it much in the mornings and evenings, maybe I just got used to it. I also had trouble ordering food via Talabat, which might be a peculiarity of this tourist area. The breakfast was good. For lunch and dinner, I ate in downtown Cairo during my outings, as all the cafes in the hotel's immediate vicinity had insanely inflated prices. The hotel staff were kind and responsive; they helped me purchase tickets for the plateau for a small fee.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

We took a room with the balcony. We were immediately offered another room, on the roof with a small window. We refused and regretted at night, it was very noisy. The next day we moved to room 802. Comfortable beds, on the roof the room was clean. Ask in advance to be settled in the roof rooms. At the respiratory Aya recommended us dinner on the steamboat. We agreed. We had a pleasure. We were taken, met from the boat and taken back. At the pool and on the terrace you can make a class photo on the background of the pyramid. I recommend this hotel if you have come to visit the pyramids and a new museum. Responsive staff helped organize a surprise for a friend in honor of his birthday.

We arrived almost midnight. The manager immediately began to persuade us to upgrade to a family room, overlooking the pyramids. Everything was brought into play, including even the fact that our room, which we had booked, was supposedly not ready. Is it at midnight? :))) In general we agreed for 500 pounds/night. The room is, ultimately, absurdly big. Everything needs updating. The water pressure is very weak. Washing up was a problem. Linen and towels are more or less clean. Breakfast is just terrible. How can you serve breakfast and not offer tea or coffee???!!! This is already the 46th country we have visited. And probably the 1000th hotel we have stayed in. And this is the first time we are encountering this. Nonsense!

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out.
