Good location and close to everywhere in a walk distance. Old building old room and cold in the room. Only heating in the toilet and bathroom is very small.

I booked a spacious room thus has a mini sofa, a good amount of space but all these comes at a price. Location is good, near to train station and quite a number of food choices. Breakfast spread is good too at a reasonable price (I wish it can be cheaper though). Bed is comfortable but pillow is too soft for me. Although just beside a busy road and a shopping street but it’s quiet. Does not have daily housekeeping which is great for an environmentalist like me. Overall great expereince.

Booked a single room, the whole is OK and clean, the front desk and the overall external decoration are also very good, breakfast is not bad. But in this room, the bathroom is too small, and it is assigned to a room near the elevator on each floor. The elevator occupies the position of the normal bathroom. So, plus the bathroom door is opened, the aisle is about 30 cm very forced, especially washing is very inconvenient. The items provided in the room are quite complete, but the location of the socket and switch is too inconvenient. The single bed does not have a large gap in front of the bed. The corners are even messy wires and plug-in boards. In addition, there is no refrigerator.

A really nice hotel with good price! I have remarkable 2 days in Nuernberg. Location is really nice 8min to the train stop 8min to the bus stop, reception answers fast and 24h’s service if you meet problems you can tell them anytime. Free coffee,water ,beer and tea and you can get some snacks and candy! It’s amazing when you coming you can find a pocket of candy on your bed.The institution always good,room is big and with 3 towels,1 heated,1TV.Next time I will reserve it again.thanks for every staff give a remarkable holiday Merry Christmas!

the biggest problem of this hotel is there is no front desk service. If you are foreign travelling without a German mobile, it will cost you a fortune for you to call the front desk. Also the lady behind the phone, I think, is a Russian. Unless you are a English speaker, it will be quite difficult for you to understand her. Also the wifi availability in each room depends on whereabout your room is. Other than that, there is really nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is very good, all sights are within easy walking distance. Parking is not possible directly at the hotel, but there is a parking garage 5 minutes away. Costs €15/day, which is OK for a big city.
The room is small, but well equipped, the bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom area is also good.
The best thing was the breakfast, fresh waffles to bake yourself included.

Guest UserThe venue is superb, but the service not really good enough. As I have made an appointment for my family with 1 King bed and 1 single bed, however once after check in ,I found that just 1 king bed inside and I try to make a clarification at the front desk and make it clear that I pay different price for that room. However, she insist not shown in my booking information.
Luckily, the Manager solve the problems with an sofa bed as well within 30 mins.
The last but not least no discount for the carpark.

The room is not small, but the facilities are too simple. There is nothing except two rolls of paper towels in the toilet. And every day, facing the same German breakfast, I just want to go home quickly. The most important thing is that the price of this hotel is ridiculously expensive during the exhibition. If the room rate is not so expensive, everything else is not a problem.
