AAishuijuedexiaolongmaoA pleasant and welcoming stay! The receptionist was warm and cheerful, providing excellent service – thank you! The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with complete and good facilities. Hot and cold water were readily available, and toiletries were plentiful and easy to use. The hotel restaurant thoughtfully provided us with a complimentary dinner, which was incredibly touching, as we were exhausted after a long day of sightseeing. We were extremely grateful to have such a delicious meal! I must also mention the breakfast on the second day – a diverse selection, delicious flavors, healthy seasonings, and beautifully presented dishes. You could tell the chef put their heart into preparing the food; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I consider the Lingbao natives at the front desk—Xiao Niu, Xiao Ma, Xiao Shi, Xiao Yu, Xiao Yuan (Xiao Juan—the most enthusiastic and loving one, with a voice and expressions that sounded almost like she was being pleading, it's a pity she's gone, it feels like a unique personality is missing)—as friends and family. They and the housekeepers provide excellent service. The room is as clean and tidy as ever. They generously provide me with coffee every day. Xiao Shi is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I accidentally left my cup behind and forgot to take it, but he still took the time to mail it to my address in Singapore and helped me fill out all the necessary information. Xiao Shi, thank you so much! I'll definitely treat you to a meal next time I stay. The only small problem is that someone knocked on the door this morning to ask for cleaning, while I was still asleep. Xiao Ma, I messaged them to have the room cleaned in the afternoon, but they came knocking again the next day. Xiao Ma, it seems you don't care about my request, so I had to speak to the housekeeping staff myself. Little Ma, like I said in my previous review, your service attitude is enthusiastic, but the expression on your face shows reluctance. If you weren't wearing makeup, you look haggard and often appear exhausted. It's not your fault, I just like teasing you... Hahahahahaha

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

The overall facilities are very new and the environment is very good. The room is very bright and has good lighting. GGuest UserHighly recommend Starway Sanmenxia City Government Hotel! This stay experience is directly full, and the details and services are particularly warm. I came from Sanmenxia South High-speed Railway Station and contacted the hotel after arriving at the station. The front desk was very happy to reimburse the taxi fare from the high-speed rail station to the hotel. The instant goodwill was bursting, especially intimate.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, only about 10 minutes drive from the high-speed rail station, the surrounding dining and shopping are complete, and travel is very worry-free. The newly renovated environment in 2023 is simple and stylish, the lobby is clean and bright, the room is clean and odorless, the zero-pressure memory mattress is particularly comfortable to sleep, the sound insulation effect is good, and the night is very quiet. The sanitary details are in place, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is clean, the WiFi speed is fast, and the facilities are well maintained.
The front desk service is warm and efficient, check-in and check-out are very fast, and the surrounding area will be introduced intimately. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and authentic taste, as well as free parking and self-service laundry. Business travel or travel are very suitable.
