AAishuijuedexiaolongmaoA pleasant and welcoming stay! The receptionist was warm and cheerful, providing excellent service – thank you! The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with complete and good facilities. Hot and cold water were readily available, and toiletries were plentiful and easy to use. The hotel restaurant thoughtfully provided us with a complimentary dinner, which was incredibly touching, as we were exhausted after a long day of sightseeing. We were extremely grateful to have such a delicious meal! I must also mention the breakfast on the second day – a diverse selection, delicious flavors, healthy seasonings, and beautifully presented dishes. You could tell the chef put their heart into preparing the food; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This parent-child trip, with elders and children, the overall stay experience is perfect!
1. Room surprise: The ordinary twin room booked at check-in, 2 1.2 meters, the bed type is slightly cramped for our 1 adult, 1 old and 1 small 3 people. The front desk staff (special thanks to the thin and drifting young lady with a melon seed face!) warm and thoughtful service! Seeing our old and young peers, we offered to upgrade to the highest specification twin room of the hotel for free! The new room is extremely spacious, visually close to 50 square meters, and even more surprising is that it is equipped with 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, with a panoramic view of the city night view, beautiful! The first perspective has a kind of Lujiazui rich businessmen's sense of pride!
2. Excellence service: the front desk service must be praised! Miss sister is extremely amiable, and she really is responsive and hardworking. Not only is she enthusiastic to help with luggage, but also introduces us to the surrounding food in detail. Knowing that the child wanted to eat late night, he immediately recommended the large barbecue restaurant next to the hotel, which tasted great, and the location was very convenient.
3. Facilities and atmosphere: The hotel is fully furnished as a complex of accommodation and dining. The room incorporates a lot of details to improve taste, such as the Chinese classic books, meditation musk and Zen tea. The most popular among children is the smart home system (small degree small degree), strong interaction, and have a great time! I consider the Lingbao natives at the front desk—Xiao Niu, Xiao Ma, Xiao Shi, Xiao Yu, Xiao Yuan (Xiao Juan—the most enthusiastic and loving one, with a voice and expressions that sounded almost like she was being pleading, it's a pity she's gone, it feels like a unique personality is missing)—as friends and family. They and the housekeepers provide excellent service. The room is as clean and tidy as ever. They generously provide me with coffee every day. Xiao Shi is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I accidentally left my cup behind and forgot to take it, but he still took the time to mail it to my address in Singapore and helped me fill out all the necessary information. Xiao Shi, thank you so much! I'll definitely treat you to a meal next time I stay. The only small problem is that someone knocked on the door this morning to ask for cleaning, while I was still asleep. Xiao Ma, I messaged them to have the room cleaned in the afternoon, but they came knocking again the next day. Xiao Ma, it seems you don't care about my request, so I had to speak to the housekeeping staff myself. BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.

Ccookie0214Nice hotel, because I have to bring my dog with me, I didn't compare the price with other hotels. Pet friendly, no deposit or extra fees required, of course, pay attention to dog hygiene and don't damage items.
The room is very nice, clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete and useful. The supplies are free and the charges are clear. Self-driving, there is a small yard at the door, there are not many parking spaces, but parking is very convenient. There seems to be an underground garage, but I haven’t experienced it yet.
The above hardware is good, but the software needs to be improved.
Breakfast is the highlight, highly recommended, suitable for all kinds of people, and the waiter service in the restaurant is also good.

The front desk ladies were also very welcoming. They provided small clips, rubber bands, and small bags of laundry detergent in the lobby. They were very considerate and heartwarming. So I stayed another night with my friend. We discussed that if we have the opportunity to come here again during the Chinese New Year, we would stay here again.
