The five-star hotels I have stayed in are not too few. The breakfast is OK. The service of the catering department is very good, helping to heat up the food, and the missing meals can be replenished in time. Here are a few issues encountered for encouragement:
1. There is still a smell of decoration in the hotel, and the decorative plants you see when you get out of the elevator on the floor are two small pots of green radishes, and the aura is a bit out of place;
2. I arrived at the store around 21:10 in the evening and asked about heating food, but was told that there was no microwave oven available and the restaurant was closed;
3. When Ctrip placed an order, the member benefits include late check-out and free room upgrades, but when I arrived at the store, I was told by the front desk that I could only upgrade the room type if the booked room type was full! How can this be explained? That's not what Ctrip says. Ramada can upgrade, but there is no upgrade here? very strange operation;
4. The structure of the room is very peculiar, as shown in Figure 1, the shooting angle is the door of the house, and the two beds are directly facing when the door is opened;
5. The drinking water is provided by Master Kong, which doesn’t match the house price;
6. The toiletries are not equipped with body lotion.

Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The environment and facilities are very good, but there are only two waiters at the front desk during the peak occupancy period of a hotel, and a bunch of people are queuing up. No one checks in after ten o'clock in the evening, but four people gather at the front desk. What the hell is the arrangement? There are also restaurants. I went there at 7:40 and wanted a private room. The restaurant closed at 9:00. There are so many private rooms empty. The waiter can open his eyes and say that the reservation is over, and the person who made the reservation will come to eat at 8:00? Then I want to order and say that the chef is not there, so I can only buy a fixed set meal. The chef is not there but can serve me food. Is it because the cooking package is fooling me?

I always thought that hot spring hotels are for casual stays, and don't pursue cleanliness too much, but this one changed my mind.
Because in the morning I saw them drain the water from the hot spring pool and scrub the pool and massage chair vigorously.
The room is very large, the hot spring water is colorless and tasteless, but it is a real hot spring, and it feels slippery when you soak in it.
There are many restaurants around the hotel, and it is relatively close to the pit courtyard.
The only disadvantage is that parking is tight

GGuest UserWhen I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

GGuest UserI took my parents on a self-driving tour in several relatively niche cities before May Day. I drove all the way from Linzhou, Dengfeng, and Luoyang to Sanmenxia. I was very lucky to stay in this hotel. First of all, the experience Hanting gave me was so great. It has really improved a lot in the past few years. I have stayed here a few times before and the feeling is average. This time I chose Hanting in both Linzhou and Sanmenxia. The improvement in health facilities and services is visible to the naked eye. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, with a smile Warm and friendly, this is the first impression of a city. My good impression of this city comes from that smile. The parking lot behind the hotel is large, so you don’t have to worry about parking. The room is clean and tidy. I just suggest that the pillows should be half high. Yes, or I am one pillow short and two pillows tall. I would like some suggestions, but I solved the problem by putting a bath towel under one pillow. Several restaurants downstairs are also very good, delicious and not expensive. I stayed there for three days and went to Dayu Mountain, Sanmenxia Dam, Swan Lake Park, Yanhuang Highway, Shaanzhou Dikengyuan, Yellow River Park, etc. I was surprised. The environment in Sanmenxia is really good. After I went home and looked at **, I realized that Sanmenxia is actually only a fifth-tier city. When I got out of the expressway and entered the city of Sanmenxia, I felt that it was at least a third-tier city. I will go there again next time and choose this Hanban restaurant. court

GGuest User看着離天鵝近，想着這個應該比景區裏面的酒店新就定這裏，到後問前台（男生）哪個門👀天鵝近，很沒有耐心敷衍回答，就説東門，具體怎麼走多一句都不想説了，只是手一指東門。第二天退房買天鵝也是，孩子要小寶寶天鵝，就説要一窩賣，還以為就那麼多小的，我覺得不買大的不像天鵝，和孩子説了半天選了最大的天鵝又説這個就是帶一窩小的……一路上都住的當地最好的酒店，可能我在這定的最普通房子這個酒店服務意識還是值得提高。

The quality of sleep itself is not very good. I arrived late last night. The two ladies at the front desk arranged a suitable room gently and carefully. The sound insulation effect was very good, very clean and the room was very quiet. The mattress, quilt and pillow were very soft and comfortable. I slept quickly and the sleep effect was great. The breakfast was very rich, and I also drank the super-loved corn stalks. It had a taste of home and felt very warm. The gym equipment also satisfied my hobby of getting up early to exercise.
