Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

Facilities: The facilities are very good, but the central air-conditioning is not good, and the room is only 16 to 17 degrees when it is turned on to 26 degrees, which is still relatively cold.
Service: The service is very average. There is no guidance at the gate and lobby entrance. Check-in is smooth. There is nothing to eat after breakfast at 8 o'clock, and many dishes are not kept warm, and they are cold. I hope the hotel can improve this.

When I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

The room was lovely and clean and the staff amazing. Unfortunately I ended up quarantined and then having to move to a quarantine facility so the staff prepared a care package for me to take to the quarantine facility, including daily use items and snacks to get me through. 嘉琪 English name Carkey went above and beyond returning my training tickets and picking up things from the supermarket for me when I was initially quarantining at the hotel. She made sure that after my quarantine I could return to the hotel and use the nights I had booked and couldn't use. I highly recommend this hotel and want to sincerely thank the staff for their kindness towards me. Karen (罗洁雨）

I always thought that hot spring hotels are for casual stays, and don't pursue cleanliness too much, but this one changed my mind.
Because in the morning I saw them drain the water from the hot spring pool and scrub the pool and massage chair vigorously.
The room is very large, the hot spring water is colorless and tasteless, but it is a real hot spring, and it feels slippery when you soak in it.
There are many restaurants around the hotel, and it is relatively close to the pit courtyard.
The only disadvantage is that parking is tight

The room facilities look like some years, but they are not at all inconsistent, and the comfort is very high. The main reason is that the details are really good, whether it is staff or hardware, it is OK.
The hotel is in a large courtyard, very quiet, convenient parking, you can register the license plate number with the front desk.
The breakfast tastes good and is hearty, with spicy soup, porridge, noodles, toast, and stir-fried vegetables.
The laundry room has two washing machines, one dryer, which can be worn directly after washing, and there are also hanging ironing machines.

BBob068The room layout is reasonable and fully functional. It is recommended to equip the room with a shoe horn for easy wearing of shoes. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but the only drawback is that it is inconvenient to get in and out of the underground garage, especially since parking is too random on the access road at the entrance to the underground garage, which affects access. This experience is very bad! Hopefully the stay will be improved when we return next year. The front desk service was good and efficient.
