GGuest UserVery satisfied with this hotel. The process from check-in to check-out was very smooth. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. The service was also very thoughtful. The breakfast was also very delicious. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a good sleep. What was surprising was that there was also a small convenience store in the hotel. It was very convenient that I didn't have to go out to find a supermarket to buy things in the middle of the night. It is worth mentioning that there is also free parking, which is very convenient for people who drive here.

BBeifangdapengThis is my third time staying here. Nanshan Hotel is an authentic three-star hotel with complete facilities and satisfactory standards. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete toiletries, and the bath water is large and hot. The breakfast is rich and the parking lot is large. The service is standard, especially the beautiful waiter Comrade Mali, who is enthusiastic and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to solve customers' problems. I would like to commend them!
