"The service was excellent, exceeding my expectations. They offered complimentary tea and a welcome fruit platter. The room was incredibly quiet; I'm usually a light sleeper, but I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms at all, which was fantastic. The location is great, with convenient transportation. Finally, a special shout-out to the front desk staff who helped me check in – their service was excellent, very thoughtful, and made me feel very comfortable."

There is a hotel parking lot at the door, and the self-driving tour is also very friendly. Breakfast is also very exquisite, clean and hygienic, personally feel better than many five-star hotels"

"This is my third time staying here. Nanshan Hotel is an authentic three-star hotel with complete facilities and satisfactory standards. The room is large, clean and tidy, with complete toiletries, and the bath water is large and hot. The breakfast is rich and the parking lot is large. The service is standard, especially the beautiful waiter Comrade Mali, who is enthusiastic and thoughtful, and takes the initiative to solve customers' problems. I would like to commend them!"
