"I went specifically for the stargazing room concept, but the overall experience was quite average. The mountain is indeed cooler on summer nights, allowing for stargazing. The room has a fully intelligent toilet, but there's a major design flaw: it doesn't even have a door! While it's manageable for a couple, bringing a family would be incredibly awkward. The shuttle service was less than ideal: the electric golf cart used to get to the hotel felt underpowered and underpowered. At one point, the driver even told us to get off and walk up the mountain, saying it was too difficult to get there. What kind of maneuver was this? We ended up tiring and overheating ourselves. Even during peak breakfast hours, we had to wait, and it wasn't exclusive. I suggest improving the shuttle service!
