It made me very angry when I reported problems when I stayed in a hotel. It was unlucky to encounter this front desk person. How can such a famous Vienna hotel recruit such a person who is not afraid of guests? Are they lost? They are not as good as the other front desk employees. Although I encountered bad vendors in Qufu, the hotel's service resolved all my unhappiness. I didn't expect that there was such a good hotel in Qufu.
When I just entered the hotel room, I asked the front desk clerk. How to connect to WiFi? After a few minutes, the waiter called again and asked if the WiFi was connected? Rare warm service. I wanted to go out for dinner, so I consulted the front desk clerk, who was very enthusiastic to tell me where the best restaurant was. I would like to remind guests who come to Shandong for the first time that the dishes are very large, and one person can't eat two dishes. 😂 This hotel. Good location. Parking is also convenient, just at the door of the hotel. The scenic area is also close, just a few hundred meters away on foot. When I left the hotel, the front desk clerk sent me mineral water. I would like to add that the room needs mineral water, which is unlimited. Next time I come to Qufu, I will stay in this hotel again.

LLolita🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around.
🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu
🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant.
🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds.
🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it !

GGuest UserI often stay in our Huazhu Club hotel. This is the first time I have written an evaluation. The following points make me feel very uncomfortable.
1. Four bottles of water were given in the room. If it was not enough to drink, ask the front desk to ask for it. The front desk replied: There is an extra charge for water.
2. The breakfast presented by the Huazhu Club gold members, we two stayed in the room and gave a ticket, asked the front desk what this meant, and answered the rules.
3. The check-out of the Huazhu Club gold member was delayed until two o'clock. We went back to the room in the afternoon and the room card could not be opened. We could not restore the room card at the front desk. It was said that it was a system problem. The cleaning aunt finally called to help us open the door.
4. May the old hotel be changed? As a mid-range product of Huazhuhui Hotel, I feel that the facilities are not as good as the low-end products we have lived in before.
