JJessie Ly Doan 丽丽The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room.
My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that.
There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu.

MM255402****This stay completely redefined my hotel standards! Every aspect, from service to the smallest details, was a delightful surprise.
**Service Attitude:** Both the front desk and the cleaning staff were incredibly warm. They proactively helped with luggage during check-in and even thoughtfully gave a small gift at check-out, with smiles throughout.
**Hygiene:** The room was so clean it practically gleamed! Bedding was changed for each guest, and there wasn't a single water stain in the bathroom.
**Facilities:** The room had all the smart home amenities you could ask for, including voice-controlled curtains and high-speed WiFi. The biggest surprise was the terrace! It was perfect for enjoying the night breeze and views, and you could even have a DIY BBQ there – the ambiance was fantastic!
**Breakfast:** This deserves a special shout-out! The variety of breakfast options was dazzling. Besides the usual Western pastries and fruits, there were freshly cooked noodles, wontons, and even Lu cuisine specialties like Confucius Tofu and Kong Meng Cake (soft, sweet, and delicious). The beverage area offered freshly ground soy milk and local specialty green tea. I simply couldn't stop eating!
**Additional Experience:** The hotel lobby has a free traditional costume experience area. Wearing Hanfu for photos created such a wonderful atmosphere, with every detail perfectly executed!

10mins walk to their pedestrian street , you will find Luckin Coffee, Hey Tea etc and I highly reccomend MOBEN Thai restaurant located about 5mins walk (north) from Hey Tea .
Rooms
We walked into a room which stunk of cigarette smell. Suspect it was either coming through the shared air vents or the linen/towels , as if they were dried at a location where others smoke nearby.
It's a pity because it's a really nice hotel.
We had someone trying to enter the lift with a lighted cigarette in his mouth , and I had to push him out . That's crazy .

Only 1 threadmill and 1 spinning bike , shared in the same room as the guests washing machine & dryer.

GGuest UserOne of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!

MMalidaThe room was very satisfactory! Especially for breakfast, we could eat sweet potatoes from Sishui, which were really delicious. They were the best sweet potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, sweet and sticky.
In the evening, the hotel not only provided fruits, but also provided some longan and white fungus health porridge. Although I was afraid of getting fat, I couldn't resist the temptation and ate it.

GGuest UserBring the children at home to Qufu to play, let the children feel the Confucian culture of Tao, and visited the Sankong Scenic Area and the Confucius Museum. Stayed at Qufu Mingzuo Xingtan Hotel, this is an old four-star Confucian cultural theme hotel, with both a sense of history and cultural heritage, and tasted the local special Confucius cuisine in the store. We stayed in the garden twin room in the Grand Hyatt Building District. The hotel provides butler service, helping to make an appointment for the non-legacy paint fan experience, non-legacy extension experience, and finally finished the extension butler and found Hanfu to take a photo. The children on this trip to Qufu have a deep harvest.

MM273175****After scouring Trip.com, I found this hotel with incredible value for money! I stayed here for all five nights in Qufu, and it was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.
I had checked out a few other places before deciding on this one.
The accommodations are fantastic. There's a beautiful, well-lit courtyard in the center, and sunlight streams into the bedroom as soon as you open the door.
The bedding was very clean, and I especially appreciated the excellent drinking water setup. The room has a direct-drinking dispenser that provides boiling water in three seconds, so no worries about kettle hygiene. The soundproofing in the bedroom is great, and even the curtains are double-layered, which is super friendly for those sensitive to light.
I also highly recommend booking a room with a small balcony! It doesn't cost much more, and the room is huge, the bed is super big, and it even has a projector! For the same price, staying here is simply amazing!
When you don't feel like going out, you can head to the bar and lounge area downstairs. They have billiards, karaoke, board games, and you can grab a drink – they have it all. According to the owner, the hostel has been operating for many years, and he even showed me a thick guestbook. If you're interested, you can flip through it and leave your own message.
On the first day of my check-in, a kind front desk lady assisted me, and the owner helped me with my luggage. The overall stay was superb, and the hotel staff are very friendly. You can tell the owner if you need anything. If I get a chance to visit Qufu again, I'll definitely stay here!
Regarding the location: Yan Temple is right across the street, making it one of the three closest hotels. To get to the snack street or Confucius Temple, you just need to scan a shared bike at the entrance, and you're there!

LLolita🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around.
🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu
🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant.
🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds.
🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it !
Nice music during shower time which is put automatically.
Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep.

BBotinichWe specially chose to stay in Chufu to pay our respects to the Great Confucius. It was a must-visit to see his temple, mansion house, and tomb.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the temple and mansion house. There are also plenty of super markets and cafes.
Getting to the hotel was a breeze — a direct bus from the rail station took us there, and the fare was just a 1 yuan! The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay pleasant. If you’re planning a visit, this is definitely a spot worth considering for a deeper dive into Confucian culture!
