The hotel is quite close to Xiasha Outlets, so we stayed here as a family to stock up. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has no peculiar smells at all, which is a big plus compared to many newly opened hotels. Parking is convenient, and being on the 19th floor offers a great view of the Qiantang River. Overall, it was excellent value for money this stay. Five-star rating!

The rooms are fully equipped and new, and the quality of toiletries is online. The service staff was attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. At night, there was a thin and tall young lady at the front desk who was very good. Check-in in advance to inform us that there was a KTV to help us choose a quiet room. I was afraid that we would prepare earplugs and eye masks in advance for light sleep. Traveling or leisure travel are super suitable, Highly recommended!

I don't know where these good reviews come from! The air conditioning in the room was terrible. It was freezing cold and noisy. I caught a cold the next morning and woke up twice during the night. Secondly, the breakfast was speechless, there were too few varieties. I should have gone out to eat earlier. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, very poor quality! It is recommended not to go.
