I've always enjoyed staying at Atour Hotels, and this Light Residence Hotel's breakfast was quite thoughtful. My family especially loved the new hot pot dishes. A lovely young lady proactively offered to make waffles for us in the mornings; I even tried making them myself, which was a lot of fun, and I ate a whole one in one go! The breakfasts were all very fresh and appetizing, with excellent ingredients and textures. The cold dishes included braised beef. We stayed for three days, and the menu changed every day, which was a big plus. The lady at the open kitchen was also incredibly welcoming, and the service was meticulous and attentive. Highly recommended!

The facilities and environment are good! Sanitation and management need to be improved. If you enter a room with a ”Do Not Disturb” sign hanging up, what does the ”Do Not Disturb” sign mean? The attitude of the front desk is good, but the work standard needs to be improved. 1. When I arrived at the store at 11 o'clock in the evening, there was no one at the front desk. Someone came after a security uncle called. At that time, there were three groups of guests waiting to check in. 2. Regarding the welcome fruits, they were not given on the first night. When I asked about them on the second night, the front desk replied, ”Only for the first time you stay.” But both of my orders showed that they were given as gifts. Later, the front desk said that there were no more ones tonight, and my child pointed to the crisper and said, ”Mom, there are watermelons here.” So the front desk brought some watermelons and grapes to us.

The room is clean and tidy, with an antique view of the old street outside the window. What's surprising is that disposable bath towels and towels are also provided. The noodles for breakfast are surprising, very chewy and delicious, served with a poached egg, nutritious and delicious. The baby finished a full bowl. My child forgot to bring his homework, so the boss lady printed it for us.

Due to the late check-in time, the friendly introduction of the room at the front desk that night may be noisy. I proposed to go see it first. The front desk lady was very good. I found that I couldn't adjust it. I called the security and the front desk lady to try it. I couldn't. Later, I was arranged to change the room (Figures 3, 4). I was generally satisfied with the front desk lady and the security service. I was depressed when I couldn't see the TV in the room.

I highly recommend this hotel. Whether I am on a business trip or traveling, I will choose this hotel first. The location is convenient for transportation, and the accommodation is on a high floor, which is definitely very comfortable for people like me who like to see the scenery. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and has a positive attitude. I recommend it!

Parking at the entrance of the hotel is very convenient. It is also close to the highway intersection. There are quite a lot of fun places nearby. The service is warm and thoughtful. The lobby has a laundry room and gym. The breakfast is very good. I have an item that I forgot to take the little beauty at the front desk to help send it. Must be praised 🌹

The room is in a newly built local community, an ideal water town. The community environment is good. The door is like a hotel. The room is an apartment with south-south or north-south access. The living room is large and the room is small. The bed is not big. There is a balcony. The ones on high floors can be seen from a distance. Qiantang River.

It's very big, the mattress is comfortable and big, especially my daughter is so happy to jump around I don’t comment much on the breakfast because it is provided. If you have some requirements, I think you should not go there🤭. The milk is too sweet🌚There are no noodles and wontons🤦♂️The blueberry sauce and butter are melted and frozen🙄, look at my last one You can tell from the photo. I only had some porridge and cucumber fermented bean curd. I felt like I was eating like an elderly person🤭🤭

I don't know where these good reviews come from! The air conditioning in the room was terrible. It was freezing cold and noisy. I caught a cold the next morning and woke up twice during the night. Secondly, the breakfast was speechless, there were too few varieties. I should have gone out to eat earlier. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, very poor quality! It is recommended not to go. I'll choose a brand next time. I seldom give negative reviews, but I am speechless this time.
