GGuest UserAfter all, we went to the tourist area on 9.4 to escape the summer heat. The price is not important, because we only stayed here for one night. We booked the cheapest cabin for 160. They have several room types, but it is really not cheap. It is not in the scenic area and is very close to the scenic area. It takes seven or eight minutes by car. First of all, when I was taken to the room, there were cigarette butts in the room and a pack of empty shells of Zhonghua cigarettes. I was really speechless at the time. Then there was no drinking water, so the auntie went to get it immediately. I didn't ask to change rooms, but just slept there. I went to the scenic area to stay in a hotel the next day and didn't use his things. Then the quilt was very damp, and I didn't cover myself with the quilt all night because of the smell. I hope it can be improved. Other things are ok. I suggest that my friends book a houseboat or sea view cabin with better living conditions. This cabin is the kind that saves money and sleeps. It is definitely not recommended if it snows in winter. There is no heating and nothing. It must be freezing. It is ok in summer to escape the summer heat

YYayamianThe second time I came to this homestay, the environment is still as clean and tidy as the last memory. I just went in and someone warmly received me. The interior decoration style is very beautiful. The sanitation and cleaning in the room are also very clean. All kinds of facilities are complete. The process of accommodation is very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe person who answered the phone should be remote sales, and I don't know the reality at all. I didn't tell me about a bad road that was so big up the mountain. My car chassis was about to break. It was really a bad review! You can say more that although it is a few kilometers away from the road in town, it will not be so guilty to walk much. Checked in, not even the housekeeper WeChat. After reading the comments, the food from last year to this year is still not good, the taste is general, the variety is small, and the breakfast is noodles. The building is still good, with large glass on both sides, surrounded by mountains, people who like quiet can come and play. The highlight is that a young man in his 20s, enthusiastic and serious, busy, gave a little comfort in disappointment. The overall feeling is that the boss is not too careful to operate, from service to hardware is too thick.

Let me talk about the good point first: the room is good, the bedding is relatively clean, and the location is by the lake. There is a disposable toilet pad.
The points that led to my review were very poor:
1. The first time I encountered ”no room at the store”. I booked the room at Trip.com more than a week in advance, and the hotel also confirmed it. When I arrived at the store, I said that the system problem was overbooked and the rooms were full. The standoff lasted more than an hour, and finally I was impatient to prepare a complaint. The front desk received WeChat and took a room card and said to take you to the room...not much to say, no one is stupid...
2. Noise. Very noisy, poor sound insulation, there are children shouting, men shouting, upstairs, until close to 12 o'clock. It was hard to quiet down in the middle of the night, but there was always a strange sound. The room was full of water and finally found that the basin was leaking... dripping on the suspended cabinet board... The thin wooden door of the room, the big door gap, the dazzling light outside shines into the small room, affecting sleep...
3. The facilities do not match the price. I usually choose four or five-star hotels, and there are few homestays. There is no suitable hotel in the scenic spot. The price of this homestay is more than 1200. I thought the hardware should be OK. But after I arrived at the place, I almost didn't find the door. It was a small house and the lobby was still cold. The room was cramped, there was no writing desk, and the bathroom was more spacious. The hardware facilities are average.
4. Poor service. There is a half front desk during the holidays. The male front desk counts one, and there is a female front desk counts half, because she basically disappears, the male front desk is too busy to call several times. A health aunt (saying that there is still a leave), the guests have been urging to stay. During my stay, there were 2 waves of customers who quarreled and complained. There was no slippers in the room. I asked for it several times, and finally we went down to get it ourselves.
5, health. Others are too lazy to write. Breakfast is cold on a cold day, milk and rice noodles are hot, the rice noodles are completely tasteless, the seasoning has to be put by yourself, the most annoying is to bring me the bread that was not eaten on the table. I just saw my aunt bring those dirty bread in, and I remembered the dirty position. I know they must recycle, but at least - recycle clean...
6. Scenic Area. The traffic was paralyzed. It took 2 and a half hours to get out of the parking lot gate below the hotel on the same day... You can see the ** spit on yourself. This hotel has nothing to do, no details are complained.

The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the public areas are refreshing and comfortable, the rooms are simple and generous, the hygiene is very good, the corners are cleaned up, and the living is particularly at ease. The front desk lady is super warm, gentle and patient, the check-in and check-out process is efficient and fast, and the questions will be answered carefully. AAnonymous UserThe hotel is easy to find; navigation leads directly to the hotel entrance. It's also not far from Nantian Lake, probably only a 10-minute walk. From the warm and attentive service at check-in to the rapid response to various needs during my stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism. When I couldn't find the hairdryer and called the front desk, or felt cold in the middle of the night and needed a blanket, the front desk patiently explained where the hairdryer was and which of the two outlets to use, and arranged for a blanket to be delivered immediately—a truly heartwarming experience.

But I have to say that the first Rongshe B&B is private; the second is on the first floor, the terrace is very tasteless; the third is also the most important point, no ventilation, no anti-theft door, just a glass door, no sense of security. There is a room, toilet, kitchen (we don't use the kitchen, purely an aisle) without windows. The room outside has windows, but there are no screens and no fences. You open the window to sleep, and people outside can climb in from the window. And I don't know if there is a mouse or a cat upstairs, I grabbed it all night.
