GGuest UserMy best friend and I went hiking in Sanqingshan, and this guesthouse was an unexpected and wonderful surprise! The location is absolutely fantastic, super close to the Gangshou Cableway, so we didn't have to get up early to queue for parking. We could sleep in and walk right there. The room was impeccably clean; the bedding was pristine white and soft, clearly sterilized at high temperatures. It was incredibly quiet at night, with no unpleasant odors, which was perfect for someone like me with OCD. The service was also top-notch. The owner was incredibly nice, not only planning a fantastic itinerary for us but also offering to take photos for us. We could even play chess and cards for free in the room, and the owner thoughtfully brought us hot tea. Such a warm and welcoming guesthouse is truly rare; I'll definitely stay here again!

Obviously, the order was checked out before 2 o'clock. Just after 12 o'clock, the waiter knocked on the door and tried to open my door with the room card. I woke me up and asked a few times in the room. I didn’t say what happened. I probably didn’t hear it.
Immediately, another person continued to knock on the door and told me that the time was up. Let me check out and explain to the waiter that there was no sleepiness and I packed my things and left.
The front desk or housekeeping never thought of checking the order too much and nobody apologized to me throughout the process.
The price of 300 a night in a small place is such a quality. If you can't book a room, it is not recommended.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the subway station, there are many specialty snack bars around, too friendly for tourists like me who like to explore local cuisine. The design of the room is very distinctive, simple and warm, the bed is moderately soft and hard, lying on it like being wrapped in clouds, a good night's sleep. What surprised me most was the hotel's service, from the warm reception at check-in to the intimate farewell when leaving the store, every detail makes people feel the warmth of home. Especially Xiao Zhang at the front desk, not only helped me solve the problem of luggage storage, but also recommended a few check-in points that local talents know, making my itinerary more colorful. 提兩點不足，給人感覺非常不方便，不舒服！
一，定了兩個房間，車牌號提前一天預約電話報給前台，我自己的車在上山路口被攔住，説酒店沒報過來，現場電話前台才現場通過什麼酒店領導報過來，這次被攔住，也是報了兩個車的車牌給前台，是第二次報給前台。誰知道一個小時後，朋友車到了還是被上山路口攔住説酒店沒有報車牌，然後我第三次電話酒店前台，他們領導才報過來。
二，酒店很大，温馨大床房要去鄰水那邊，走錯前台也找不到路牌，建議酒店能把不同區域的房間和登記前台標註清楚，帶着孩子跑來跑去真的很不方便。
最後，如果上個山，一個車牌要報三遍，酒店有心看到評論就看看去了解下，到底是哪個酒店“領導”還是哪個“負責人”，這麼大牌，是不是思考一下酒店是服務行業，這點基本的服務做好是不是應該的，住店旅客上個山就有這麼難。
