AAndersonKathyIt's not a nice hotel, but it's just fine if you want a place to sleep and that's it. Close to a lot of fun things to do and not too far from the highway. If you're looking for a no frills, inexpensive place to lay your head, then this will do.
GGuest UserVery good, clean and sanitary, but it is a little close to the main road, so it is still a little noisy. You can take a bath🛀, my son enjoyed it very much, and it was a pleasant experience for a few days. I will book this hotel again next time🏨, and recommend it to everyone
GGuest UserNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs.
First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on.
By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did.
The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine.
The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton.
Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby.
For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet.
We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.
GGuest UserFirst off, the signage for parking attached to the hotel was poor. The access to the hotel from the parking ramp was not labeled very well. There is nothing on the web site that states where the parking ramp access is. And the ramp as not full size truck friendly. The exercise room was in disrepair. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Although I did not have have time to use the pool or hot tub, they were very small.
The room was clean, and the water pressure was good. The continental breakfast was very good. And it was only a leisurely walk to the Fiserv Forum.
GGuest UserThe room and location were great--the guests were not. Walls were super thing and sounds like there were multiple parties happening. When I complained about the noise to the front desk, they asked me ”well what do you want me to do?” Also the morning person for check out was very rude when I asked for a receipt.
VVladimirA/C is terrible. it cannot cool the room at all. it was hot outside and only a few degrees less inside. receptionist is not 100% friendly. service quality is lacking.
