My place is a family home close to Seatac Airport with easy access to Downtown Seattle (20 minute drive) and all the major freeways. Our winter rates are wonderfully low at $200 a night for two people to stay in our fully furnished master bedroom with a king size bed. They are set to come on at 68 degrees, and the downstairs fireplace is set to turn on at 65 degrees, so the inside temperature is always pleasing. With 4,400 square feet, there is plenty of space to spread out. Feel free to bump the temperature up if needed. There is also a hot tub!Everything about the floor plan brings joy, there is something for everyone. The curved breezeway leading to the master bedroom is a purely magical place to experience. Each of the four bedrooms downstairs have queen sized beds. All bedding and towels are provided. There is an additional single floor futon in Room 2, and a baby play pen with removable bassinet & changing table in the Jack & Jill Bedrooms 3 & 4. There are three full bathrooms available, keep in mind they are on a septic system so only small amounts of toilet tissue can be flushed. There is a chicken coop boasting 4 dozen eggs a week, and the hillside pen currently hosts seven goats, a black sheep!
