The room is clean. The air conditioner is cold. But I would like to criticize one thing: the parking lot is a little small.

We booked a room on the third floor because it had a double bed, but the elevator was broken and the hotel refused to take responsibility. We had to make a new reservation and cancel our original order to get a room on the second floor, even though there was a room available on the second floor. However, we had to pay extra, even though it wasn't the customer's fault.
